Providing comfort while away from home this condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with excellent views of the sunset from your private balcony! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Free WiFi provides entertainment when at home. Special property amenities include excellent Gulf beach access, a seasonally heated Gulf-side swimming pool with an oversized sundeck, a lighted tennis court, and kayak rentals. Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the beach service was a huge plus. I would say the only thing is that the condo didn't look anything like the pictures. It wasn't bad at all, just a little surprising when we walked in. The layout was the same so there were no issues at all.

Awful Room! Great Customer service.

This room was awful. The pictures are deceiving. We walked in and a smell hit us. We were so disappointed. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The pillows had blood stains on them and the pillow cases were dirty. Honestly there was so much more wrong I could write a book about it. We VRBO quite often and this is the one time we would not stay and just deal with this room. I read the other reviews and decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong. Don't walk run from this property. The blessing was the property management. They wasted no time in finding us another unit. No smell, and it all was in order. I would go back to this property because the property management team was so awesome and rectified the situation.

Great view and close to many things

Yes there are needed updates/upgrades to the unit but you are not going on vacation to sit in a room. The view is great. The location is close to the steps, the trash disposal, parking lot and the beach access. The only thing is it's not close to the elevator but it's not that long of a walk. The gated parking is definitely a plus with me.

Unit needs TLC

The unit itself needs TLC in bathroom . Trim in bathroom in need of replacement. Kitchen was average but the front door safety latch needs to be addressed. View was amazing and the property was wonderful location. Would take little effort to bump this unit up but it does need TLC.

Disappointed

The beach access was amazing and having the beach chairs each day was great. The facility itself was nice, elevators were quick and common areas were clean. My disappointment was in the unit itself. It was in need of a deep cleaning, repairs, paint and replacements. The kitchen and bath cabinets were probably original, had been painted and the paint is now chipping. Cabinet drawers and doors don't close properly. The counter tops had been replaced but the trim work was in bad shape. The dishwasher wouldn't open without rubbing and scratching the stove front. There were large stains on some of the baseboards. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in quite a while, the lid didn't close and it was shoved back into a lower cabinet out of site. Staff replaced it early the next day once I made them aware of it. The sofa and love seat were heavily stained such that I spread sheets over them to sit on them. Great disappointment for the price after traveling 10 hours to get there. I won't stay here again.

The view was Amazing.. using VACASA Site so easy. The Unit was very clean! Only down side was when the Air Conditioner came on the outside part was in the alcove at the bedroom & woke us up every time it kicked on

Great View, but Needs Tweaking

The location, ease of access, and property management support was great! I was getting texts and calls quite often and never felt alone if I needed assistance. The balcony and view, as well as access to beach were great. Never felt crowded or cumbersome. However, our 3-A unit was oddly ignored in areas where paint could’ve went a long way. The bathroom had water stains and OLD worn paint areas. It was the worst bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. Literally a fresh coat would do wonders. Also, FORGET about reliable wifi unless you are in the bedroom. In and out the entire time, not able to to find, etc. from other rooms. I would also suggest a basic cleaning product for the kitchen to wipe down countertops during the stay. It was only two of us, no kids, and that would’ve been nice. I tried to in my way out, but nothing.
