We just added a brand new hot tub so bring your bathing suit!

3/4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a protected cove on beautiful Keuka Lake. This is a new rental property. In a joint venture with good friends we are excited to have this home to rent and use on the west side of Keuka Lake. Recently updated with all of the modern amenities that anyone could want in their own home or in a vacation property, you will not be disappointed in this property! The sunrise comes up directly across the lake and is a spectacle to watch every morning. Conveniently located halfway between Hammondsport (once voted cutest small town in America) and Branchport on West Lake Road the house is in a perfect location to visit all of the many wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the area! The lake view is the star of the show! The dock is perfect for viewing, and the swimming was great. The water is 8 to 10 feet deep, perfect for jumping into all day long! It is rocky along shore and plant grown on the bottom of front, but deep enough to still swim with no problems!

Great property for family summer vacation on Keuka Lake! The location to wineries and local towns is great, just a short drive in any direction. The location and view of the lake is one of the best and also provides a wide area of the lake for water sports with minimal boat traffic to deal with. The kids enjoyed fishing from the large dock and caught about 25 fish during the week. We anchored our water trampoline off the dock and it was great jumping into water that was not shallow. The house has excellent amenities and a killer outdoor grill. The recreation room gave the kids a place to run around on the only day of rain we had during the week. Plenty of room to get away from the family for a few minutes if needed. The dock was equipped with boat whips to secure our rental pontoon boat and as a first time user of them I am totally sold on those things!

Great house, amenities, and location

I’ve stayed at this beautiful home twice now and highly recommend it. The open floor plan downstairs, spacious bedrooms upstairs, and lake view with lower and upper deck/balcony are the perfect Keuka retreat. I celebrated my birthday with 5 friends and we had the best time — dinner in Penn Yan one night and meals at the house the rest of the weekend. It was such a comfortable place to hang out! The location to wineries and the Keuka Outlet Trail was ideal. There was an issue with hot water and the owners were very responsive getting someone to check it out and address the issue to our satisfaction. They even refunded the owners’ fee for any inconvenience to us. I will gladly stay here again!

Keuka Lakehouse

We stayed at the lakehouse for several days in December. The accommodations were great, the house was well stocked with staples and the hosts were very responsive. Traveled to Seneca Falls, the Curtis Museum, Corning Glass Museum, Stone View Giftshop and lots of wineries. It was a great winter vacation - the lake looked different every morning - beautiful scenery.

Excellent stay in the finger lakes region

We rented this house for a high school friends and family get together and had an amazing experience. It was so nice to sit around the fire pit with a magnificent lake view and catch up with old friends. The property manager is reachable and available to help with any inquiry. Having a ping pong table and kayaks is a plus. We all want to go back and maybe try staying during summer time for a lake dive ;)

Celebrating Fall in the Finger Lakes.

We enjoy the Finger Lakes after the spring/summer rush. The winery staffs have more time to talk and explain their wines. We enjoy the personal interaction.

Family Vacation 2024

Each year my husband and I, plus our son, daughter and their families spend a week on the one of the finger lakes. This was our second year staying in this home and it was perfect. We can’t wait to come back. The owners are great to work with and are very quick to respond.

Great time on the lake!

My daughters, 4 grandchildren and I had a wonderful time at this property - location was central to Hammondsport, Branchport, and wineries, but the best part was the location on Keuka Lake. The kids loved the kayaks (life jackets provided, and we brought a paddleboard), diving off the dock and hanging out with the duck family that appeared every day. We ate our meals on the porch overlooking the lake and the kids played darts and ping pong in the inside game area. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make some of our meals there, and we had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you for thinking of everything to make our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful home for a getaway!

We loved our time at this home. We traveling with 5 kids and they had a blast. The game room was a hit and many hours were spent on the dock fishing! Fantastic hosts! I’ve already sent the listing to several of my friends for next year.

Family getaway

Wonderful location for family. Kids loved the house, making smores and kayaking. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. For me the beds were wonderful and my family slept well without any grumblings. My family was impressed by the cleanlinessof of the property The owners are very responsive to any questions . We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. We would stay here again!

Graduation/Finger Lakes Vacation

I am always a little nervous when I pull up to a property, This one looked exactly like the photo online. The house was amazing. Huge vaulted ceilings and great views of the lake. The rooms were fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The first floor with its open floor plan was perfect for hanging out with the family. We will stay there again, if we ever come back to Lake Keuka. The Hosts were very nice and engaging. You will not be disappointed with this place.

Weekend celebration with family.

Fall Getaway

Sept 27 - Oct 1 2023: This house was as advertised and more. It was perfect for 6 50-something friends from Pittsburgh to have an extra-long weekend away. Close to many wineries and distilleries (Barrelhouse 6 - oh yeah!). House was very clean on arrival and was outfitted with everything we needed - from cookware to kayaks! Owner was very prompt with all inquiries (Thanks, Marisa!!). Would definitely stay here again!!

This home is right next door to another home that is owned by Scott and Marisa Jones. It is a fantastic flat property with no steps to the lake and room to park 4 cars comfortably.
