Looking for the perfect accommodation for your next vacation to Northwest Florida's stunning beaches? Look no further: this condo features stunning peaks of the Gulf waters, lovely, welcoming décor throughout, and elegant tile flooring. You'll love that this condo is located on the seventh floor in the building connected to the sky walk on the Gulfside. Step out onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or simply taking in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Spend your days enjoying the beach or the lovely shared pool. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella.

You will find the spacious bedroom off of the living room, which includes a TV with a DVD player and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large garden tub. The kid-friendly bunk area also has a TV. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bunk area. Enjoy the added convenience of an in-home washer/dryer.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts a gorgeous tiled backsplash and includes all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals. There are barstools by the breakfast bar area as well. The kitchen opens into the living room, which features matching furnishings and décor, a TV with a DVD player, along with access to the balcony.

The refrigerator needs replaced. Rust on the door and didn’t get real cold. The ice maker works but won’t spit ice out. Little things like touch up paint. The bedroom TV didn’t work. Tubs was dirty. Bed was comfy. Nice views. The dresser in main bedroom was broken.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful, spacious suite with amazing balcony and rooftop views. Fantastic lazy river and multiple pools to choose from. Easy beach access. Rooftop hot tub was a special, relaxing bonus with this suite.

We came back again, still love it!! There are some minor things in the unit that could be replaced to make it go from amazing to outta this world (working ice,an oven that doesn’t take 1.5 hrs to heat, locks on balcony doors) but we work around the small things because we love the property and unit so much!! We watched the fire works from the hot tub and it was perfect!

Pros and cons

View of the bay and gulf was great. Could go to the roof and watch fireworks Wednesday night at the Island and watch the Destin fireworks from the balcony. Cons , ice maker did not work , broiler on stove did not work, tv in bedroom would not come on. Mike Broome

This is a very nice place to stay in between the beach and bay. My husband said he would love to stay here again. Liked parking right on the same floor as our room.

Rooftop hottub!

We loved the unit and the view and the rooftop hottub. We did not like having no tv and spotty internet.

Clean place, great views!

We stayed here for a week with 2 kids. I really appreciated the bunk room not being right next to the master. Loved having the rooftop hot tub, the sunsets and sunrise were amazing to watch. And the floor to ceiling sliding doors in the master and living room were great. Lots of road noise and sirens at night. Everything was nice and clean. Ice maker didn’t work and fridge didn’t have water hooked up. We couldn’t figure out where the remote was for the bunk room TV either. Also, the broiler on the oven wasn’t working and the washing machine wouldn’t drain or spin. Maintenance came to fix broiler while we were there, I guess it had been reported before our arrival but a notice that it was not working would have been appreciated. Overall, we were still happy with the unit and the property.

Great vacation spot!

This condo is always a great stay! They have everything needed in the kitchen, lovely view of the gulf and bay, and the onsite amenities were wonderful. The condo is very well maintained and clean! My husband and I brought our toddler, and he LOVED the wading pool as well as the graded pool across the street! We were able to put his pack n play in the guest bathroom and close both doors so he had a dark, quiet place to sleep. Some people complain about the traffic below but he loved watching the cars pass from the balcony so it didn’t bother us one bit. It was a bit too hot outside for the hot tub, but we did get in one evening when it was raining and it felt very relaxing. Would highly recommend this condo!

Mom Daughter Annual Vacation

This place was more than expected. All furniture was very nice and clean. The view was great. I was surprised to have our own rooftop patio and private hot tub. The pools are all nice and the white sand was soft and perfect. I seen in an earlier review that the patio doors were wonky. They were fixed while I was there. So that is fixed. We will definitely be back. Love from Tennessee

Very nice and beautiful view!

The interior of this home is decorated beautifully! The view is amazing from the porch as well as the rooftop terrace! The private hot tub on the rooftop is well taken care of. Some parts of the interior need taken care of. The broiler in the stove, the sprayer on the sink, the baseboard by the dryer, and a few other logistical items need tended to and fixed. Other than that, it was very clean, beautifully decorated, and made for an awesome beach retreat!😊

Nice overall but a few small annoying details

The location is wonderful and overall everything was nice. Just a few small annoyances, like the toaster didn't work, the broiler in the over didn't work, the master bedroom curtain was held together by duct tape, and the hot tub was disgusting looking. Since it was 100 degrees we didn't plan to use the hot tub, but it should probably be closed with a message to not use. Everything else was great!

Very nice!

The condo was perfect except for the sliding glass doors. Those things are junk & come off their track CONSTANTLY. 2 nights we had to just leave the door in the living room cracked because it refused to cooperate. No big deal except you wake up with the entire floor being wet from humidity. Aside from that, the place was perfect! Great location, pools in every direction, easy access to the beach & that rooftop puts it over the top! I’ll definitely be booking again, hopefully those doors are fixed by then.

My happy place

Beds (even the bunks) were comfy. Place was nice, clean,quiet, soacious. The pools on both sides were well kept and clean, and we found a hidden pool that’s under one of the buildings that offers shade, so the kiddos can still swim when sunburnt. There’s now a counter top ice maker because the freezer one doesn’t work, and it’s so speedy with ice. Kitchen has the basics, although they are a bit dated (pots/pans/blender). Balcony doors are a little tricky to Unlock, but once you get the hang of it, you’re good. Roof top view and hot tub were awesome! They have black out curtains on the balcony doors, but you are east facing, so it gets very bright very early, maybe take an eye mask. Park on the top floor of the garage and you see steps from your front door which made check in and out so easy. Note to those who cook, the oven is very very slow to heat, take that into consideration when you are planning a meal. Had an awesome stay, I think this is our new vaca place, we will be back!

Nice decorating but some safety issues!!!

The unit is nicely decorated but there are definitely some safety issues and systems that need to be corrected. We had to contact Vacasa and be on the phone with them the first couple of days just for things not working right in the unit. The toilet in the master bathroom is not sealed to the floor, and the sliding glass doors are a fire hazard as they come out of alignment and won’t lock Which is an issue considering there is rooftop access into your unit. Interestingly at night they seal shut preventing you from opening them at all Due to the humidity outside and the air-conditioning inside. If anything impeded the front door you would be trapped in the unit. The seal at the front door needs to be replaced so when the wind blows (and it does down that corridor) it howls through front door. The broiler does not work on the oven in the oven takes about 20 to 25 minutes to heat up to 375°. The hot tub is definitely an issue. It’s fine if it doesn’t work but it simply should be drained and properly closed. One morning the electricity tripped in the unit, and the repairman said that some one had accidentally turned the breaker on to the hot tub. I advised them maybe to put some tape over it and so people could not access it. We certainly didn’t try it because I’m not a hot tub person ! The decorations are pretty and the beds are comfortable, overall it’s a fine unit but there are definitely some concerns that the owner needs to address before this is rented out again!!
