El interior bellamente decorado ofrece un espacio habitable bien diseñado para hasta 9 personas. Hay 3 grandes habitaciones dobles, todas con duchas (1 se puede hacer como un doble o dos camas individuales), un pequeño dormitorio adicional convertible, una terraza, una sala de estar / comedor con un sofá-cama, cocina moderna y bien equipada, un adicional cocina de verano con acceso a terraza, 3 aseos, dos WC separado, de un lavadero y una oficina. Excellent location and an overall great stay!

The location is fantastic! Just a block away from everything. You can walk everywhere in Cannes from here. The apartment is nicely done and very comfortable. We were a family of five and it worked great for us.There is no lift so you need to use the stairs but even with 3 younger kids, it was never an issue.

We had an excellent week in Cannes. The apartment has everything we needed and is perfectly located in the heart of Cannes with a short walk to everything. If we plan another vacation in Cannes we will surely book this apartment again.

Extremely convenient location and ample space apartment

We were welcomed upon our arrival by Francois and provided with local information (market, stores and transport information) and a willingness to assist us in any way. Apartment was clean and functional for a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a great apartment in a great location. There was 9 people staying and it felt like there was plenty of space. The apartment is very well situated for everything we wanted to see and do. I would very highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in your property. Carol was more than accommodating. We were 6 people and had.more than enough space. Also enjoyed the location which is close to everything you could possibly need. Would recommend this property to my friends.

An amazing apartment close to all amenities - shops, restaurants, beach and transport in a busy area of Cannes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and stylish with a reasonable size balcony which had the sun for most of the day. The apartment had a wide range of amenities Francoise was extremely helpful both before and during our visit. Would return again and recommend to others.

Week break in Cannes

We had a good stay at the apartment and particular thanks to Francoise for all her help and proactive attention. The place is well located in old Cannes and is close to the port and the attractions of the area. Despite that it was quiet. The location worked well for us but probably worth being aware it is 3rd floor so you need to be ok with stairs. Although there is no parking it is very close to a local municipal car park which also worked well for us. Be aware though the car parking etc is very tight so if you are hiring a car and would like to use the parking close by we suggest you go small not large with your car!

Huge, well located, nicely appointed apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family vacation. Large and well located, minutes to the water and very close to the daily market which is great. Full kitchen with all the dishes/utensils, etc one needs. The owner and property managers were great. Full size washer and dryer was a nice luxury to have in France. We would definitely stay here again. You do have to climb some stairs as it is third floor but you also get a nice balcony up there and I'd rather be off of street level.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay in Cannes was perfect for my group. The property manager was extremely responsive, flexible, and helpful! The location was great for what my group needed. Furthermore the host put me in touch with a taxi driver who was also very accomodating throughout our stay! I traveled with a large group of girls and there was plenty of space. Several other stays for a group our size were much more cramped. The extra showers and mirrors were a huge plus!! When anything did go wrong the property manager was very attentive in fixing the issue. Thank you so much to the host for a wonderful experience :)

Perfect Location!

The location couldn't be better --if you like being within a minute to shops, market, restaurants and less than 5 minutes to the water --look no further. While close to all the action --it was a quiet place where you don't hear any street noise. We loved the convenience of running out to pick up something. Also the location felt very safe based on the location. We had several teenagers with us and never felt concerned about them on their own in the apartment or getting out alone in the evenings. The apartment had ample space for our party of 5, with room to spare. The living area is exactly as pictured with all the amenities needed to hang out comfortably. The owner and property manager were absolutely a delight to work with. I've booked many many trips over the past 10 years and this place is in our top 3 -I would absolutely reach out to book again! Looking forward to our next trip already and for our group --it's very much about the accommodations.

The perfect location and comfortable, modern apartment

Having stayed before in several Cannes hotels over the years, I decided to rent an apartment for a stay during an industry event. It was perfect, and the most perfect time of year! Christmas markets are around the corner, and you’re just minutes from the Palais, fresh food marché and everything else great in Cannes! The apartment has three well-furnished bedrooms, each equipped with their own ensuite showers and sinks. I stayed as a single for a couple nights and felt 100% safe. Then when my husband and friends arrived, we had a perfect little haven for drinking wine, catching up and even sneaking in a Netflix show, which really was a nice touch. Being with close friends who live far away… we could actually watch a show together instead of texting about it! The home is well-equipped and we didn’t miss a thing! The hairdryer is excellent, by the way. We hope to come back, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who does not have a problem with a few stairs. Bravo and thank you.

Good location

The apartment is in a good location and is definitely roomy. To clarify some points. The showers are inside all but 1 bedroom and there’s only 2 toilets in the apartment. They are separate from the showers and get awfully hot - one does not have a sink to wash hands. It was quite a strange setup. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor it is NOT an easy stride especially with 50 pound luggages or after dinner and drinks. In regards to the area honestly everything is unbelievably convenient - the market steps away - restaurants - beach etc. there is a free public beach about 10 minute walk all others are seat rentals 35 and up. Parking is within feet but was tricky to enter with your car. Unfortunately there is a public restroom within feet of property so homeless people hang out there and we got to witness them urinating publicly several times. You can also smell it. That was not pleasant. The apartment is stocked with everything. They provide towels shampoo conditioner etc. they do not provide beach towels. Francois was nice lady on arrival chatting with us She didn’t provide too much information but pointed us to the pamphlets and book signed by guests. We had a bathroom that was leaking and were told not to use it the first night and when we used it the second night it leaked into our kitchen and we were told not to use it again. With the group size we had that was NOT convenient and we were not compensated for the inconvenience. We removed all sheets and collected dirty towels and left them in laundry and Francois showed appreciation for that. Overall it was a fine rental but in retrospect I wish I knew about the bathroom setups beforehand I may not have rented.

Wir waren 9 Personen in der Wohnung. Francoise ist eine sehr korrekte und freundliche Frau, sie ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Die Wohnung ist ganz oben ohne Lift, Sicher und ruhig. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht auch Strand Equipment. Strand, Markt, Bäcker ist alles sehr nah. Danke es war eine schöne zeit.

I purchased it due to its wonderful location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.
I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to stay or indeed live in.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apartment has some hidden rooms which are not common in such a good location in Cannes. The terrace on the top floor has its own summer kitchen. Their is access to the terrace via the main bedroom and the hallway. This was the first benefit I noticed, but I also like the utility room and the office space/games room.
