Near Cap Estérel, in a small, quiet and secure residence, with swimming pool, this comfortable 40 m2 apartment on the 1st (and top) floor is ideal for 4 or 5 people. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the sea, across the Gulf of St Raphaël to Cap Camarat. The residence has safe green spaces for children. Two beaches are quickly accessible (including the D-Day landing beach, 9 minutes walk away).
The apartment (40 m2 + 8m2 terrace) includes a bedroom with a double bed, a small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2 single sofa beds in the living room, 2 bathrooms, an American kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, combined Whirlpool microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, utensils...). Free Wi-fi. Since 2025 the main room is equipped with air conditioning.
Free public parking right in front of the residence.
Reception and check-out are provided by Julie and Sébastien, our agents who provide the concierge service. Linen is not provided, you can either bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from Sébastien and Julie.

You will find everything you need within a radius of 400 metres: a bakery open every morning, two mini-markets, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a café, several restaurants... You will have many activities in the vicinity of the residence: golf courses, equestrian centre, tennis, ...
