Perfect Pemi Riverfront Log Cabin, Great for Families, Sleeps 10.

Bright and sunny log cabin on the Pemi River in Thornton, NH. Less than one mile off 93, but feels like a million miles away. Vacationing with friends or extended family? Why stay in separate hotel rooms? Perfect house for multiple families to have fun and make memories.

Walk in the front door and you are greeted by the fun cabin charm. From the massive fireplace, to the moose themed decorations, oh and can’t forget the actual moose head! Mounted moose, deer and bear solidify the vibe.

GREAT FOR ALL SEASONS OF FAMILY FUN!

Enjoy the beautiful views of the Pemigewasset River. Take a break on the Adirondack chairs on the wrap around deck. Enjoy dinner outside on two bar height picnic tables (each hold 8 people). Watch kayakers and canoers as they pass. Then walk down the stairs and head into the river. The water is shallow enough to walk across and easy enough to carry chairs/coolers and spend the day in the middle of the river.

Family

We had a great time at the cabin. This is a beautiful spot right on the river yet minutes from the highway. Easily accessible to everything. Almost afraid to share lol!!! 6 adults and 4 children and plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. (Except for a can opener which we left for future visits lol)

Very Convenient Location

Beautiful home - location is very convenient to all local attractions & many of our favorite restaurants. Plenty to do if you don't want to leave the house and having the river right out your back door was a lot of fun!

Awesome Riverside Cabin

This was our second year at this home. We had another great summer vacation! The kids loved to swim and fish in the river. The fire pit was great. And, the location can't be beat--close to lots of attractions, hikes, and amenities. We will be back!

Perfect NH River Location

A cabin gem! Close to all the great White Mountain spots, and the leaf peeping on the river was breathtaking. The house is a classic log cabin with all the comforts. Didn't get a chance to use the huge fireplace or outside firepit but could tell they were a nice added amenity. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Perfect vacation Cabin!

Our family (including all age ranges from infant, teen to adult) had an amazing stay on the pemi river! The location of the cabin was perfect, only a short drive to so many attractions - this allowed us the explore the area in the mornings and spend the afternoon lounging down at the river. The house itself is exactly as pictured; spacious, very clean and organized. We spent a ton of time just taking in the views from the giant back deck. Diane was very responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to my family and friends and hope to return again someday. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This comfortable cabin was the perfect spot for a family vacation. There was plenty of rooms and sleeping options to accommodate two families and a grandparent. Access to the river was convenient and easy for all age groups to traverse. The water was clear and perfect. The backyard was huge and well maintained--perfect for frisbee and yard games. The fire pit was awesome.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We loved staying at the cabin! It was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing in comfort. The location was perfect for our day excursions to Santa’s Village, Storyland, the Flume and swimming in Mirror Lake which was a gem we found close by. The guys golfed and the kids mini golfed there was something for everyone. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful log cabin on the beautiful Pemi.

Great getaway with family

We rented this place for a week getaway to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. There were 6 adults, 4 kids (4-8), and 1 infant with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with lots of amenities included. Diane was extremely accessible and even stopped by to drop off extra bedsheets. Our kids has so much fun playing in the yard and the river. It was also close enough to do a few day trips, Whale Tail water Park, polar caves, Lincoln. Overall, I highly recommend!

The River House

A great house for a family of 6 adults and 4 children, ages 10 to 6 years, in a beautiful location. All had a wonderful and relaxing time together. Hiking in the Franconia Notch, visiting the Flume Gorge, Clarks Bears for the younger crowd and Loon Mountain for the adventuresome, plus kayaking down the Pemigewasset River. Great place!

The house was great for our extended family vacation. The river was a lot of fun. Definitely bring water shoes to enjoy the river without fear of losing shoes. The kids had a blast with the ping pong and foosball table. The owners were really attentive when we had questions.

Wonderful log home in a beautiful, private setting

We went with our adult children and their significant others and had a great time. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the Pemi River. We spent the week playing games, making meals, and eating out at nearby restaurants...We went tubing (with great advice from the owners on where to start) and had a fire in the massive fire pit every night. Close to many attractions. We had a fabulous week, thank you Tom & Diane for sharing your amazing home!

Great property, fantastic location!

This property was clean, organized, well maintained and spacious. A great outdoor area as well with plenty of seating for dining, super fun fire pit and beautiful star gazing. Location was prime, with easy access to 93 and 3 to easily travel to various nearby destinations.

What a great get away!

A piece of heaven on earth! Wonderful accommodations- fell right at home! Great to disconnect with the world and have some quality family time! Plenty to do at the house and in surrounding towns! Fantastic cabin in the woods

My family and I spent a week at this beautiful property around the holidays. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was wonderful to have some beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the New England winter. We would happily visit again.

Perfect getaway during these tough times

Thank you so much to Tom and Diane. We had an amazing time and wish we could have stayed longer. Their home is beautiful. From the relaxing scenery outside being right by the river, to the cozy fireplace inside, This vacation could not have been better. Their house felt like home to us as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for privacy, but also great restaurants and activities nearby. Thank you Also for the great dinner recommendations in your welcome book. The Italian Farmhouse was awesome! This is a truly unique log cabin on an awesome river. The house is just fun, the property is large (about 4 acres) and the riverfront access is breathtaking. Kayak or float down the river, play on the many beaches, or just watch the boaters float by.

The house truly has it all: spacious, located between several fantastic towns, close to mountains, dining, shopping, college sports, swimming, and river sports.
