Modern Cottage Hideaway detached guesthouse in a quaint walkable neighborhood.

Our charming guest house cottage with private entrance in the backyard of our single-family home in the Burbank Magnolia Park neighborhood. Large 425 sq ft studio has vaulted ceiling and french doors allowing in bright natural light. A newly renovated space with a mini kitchen and luxurious bathroom boasting an extra-large shower. Vintage house with a modern twist, featuring Alexa "turn on the lights", keyless entry, and a smart TV. Enjoy your pick of fresh lemons and oranges while lounging in the backyard. Sleeps 2 adults/1 child comfortably.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 pm noon. Plenty of coffee spots, various restaurants, and great shops within walking distance. Please note, the driveway and yard are a common space area. Feel free to say hello if you see us :)

Very important, NO SMOKING of anything. Strict non-smoking space. A minimum of $250 is charged if this is violated.

Really great property with lovely accommodations. Very walkable to several things you may need and easy to get a ride share from. Felt very safe and secluded. Which was great since I west traveling with my 9 year old. Pixie was just an added treat.

This place was a perfect location to our daughters and made going back and forth was so easy. It has a private patio fully furnished and quiet. We did not realize the bed was in the living room until we got there. It turned out to be fine. The bed was very comfortable! Loved the cottage

We enjoyed staying at this cottage. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and we enjoyed the fenced yard with our small dog.

It was the perfect location for neighborhood walks, working on my computer in the private patio, and easy access to stores and cafes. The owners are super helpful and make you feel right at home. The kitchenette and bathroom are very well stocked with products and tools to make it homey.

Comfy stay in great Burbank neighborhood

Very comfortable and clean. Nice backyard for sitting outside. Great family neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops. Hosts were amiable and helpful.

Safe Haven

I very much enjoyed my stay :) I felt safe and comfortable. The shower was amazing as was the bed. It's very quiet and if you love animals you can count on being greeted by Misty's lovely pets :) I found this a plus. It's in a wonderful location with easy access to restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient, quiet place

Misty was just amazing - the house had everything we needed for our three week stay. If we come back for an extended visit, I would check here first to see if they have availability.

Gorgeous Quiet Getaway by Griffith Park

This was such a beautiful stay. I enjoyed every minute of being in this location. From the beautiful fruit trees to the cute little companions that come to visit and say good morning every day. There were so many upgrades and wonderful amenities and it was so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of street parking and a gorgeous neighborhood to boot. Absolutely cannot wait until I can stay here again! Thank you, Misty for making it such a beautiful and welcoming visit!

Hidden Gem for Young Artists

My roommates and I stayed here during our apartment hunt. Misty is a wonderful host. Her space boasts eclectic decor with an amazing shower, smart home features, and snacks for guests. This was our first Airbnb/HomeAway experience that was effortlessly comfortable. 5 stars all around 👏

Absolutely Fantastic!

Misty and Ryan were so kind and accommodating, and the cottage is exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and so many nice little amenities available. (Thank you so much for the fresh lemons and filtered water!).The location served as a perfect basecamp for all our excursions (Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Thrift shopping on Magnolia Street, Billiards in DownTown Burbank - the list goes on and on!)Parking was a breeze (even with the street sweeping days) and the highlight of our trip was definitely our daily visits from Pixie and Rascal, their adorable dog and cat who made it part of their routine to check-in on us and play!Misty was very responsive and easy to communicate with and we can’t wait to stay with her family again!Five stars across the board! Highly recommend.

The place to stay, while in LA

Stop looking elsewhere. Stay here. Go ahead. I promise you won't regret it. We enjoyed starting our day with a cup of coffee, in peace, on the patio. And we looked forward to retreating there after long days. The place is gorgeously appointed. The shower is one you'll enjoy. And it has all the conveniences you'll need - windows to let a breeze in, check, a FireStick to binge TV late at night, check, a comfy couch to recline on, check. On top of that, it is managed by Misty - who couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating - hotel front desk staff could learn a thing or two from her. Would most certainly stay again.

Amazing in all ways

Misty was a wonderful host, she turned the AC and lights on before I came, lent me her OWN iron and board to iron my shirt, the place was super clean and modern, and she was friendly to boot. Would recommend!
