➤ Our accommodation is a new architect designed house located in a residential area 10 minutes from Montpellier. It has a surface of 140m2 with three bedrooms. It has a capacity of 6 adults. Its surface and its functional layout offer you all the necessary comfort.

➤ The air-conditioned accommodation is ideal for a family with children, four couples or a group of friends, who wish to enjoy the comfort of our house.

➤ Two of the three bedrooms have double beds (king size - 160) with hotel quality bedding. One of them is a master suite with an en-suite shower room and toilet. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds.

The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with induction hobs, pots, pans, crockery, oven, coffee machine... (the multifunctional food processor will not be present during the stays)
We leave at your disposal basic condiments such as: sugar, salt, pepper, coffee... For your comfort, as soon as you arrive.

➤ Our shower room has all the necessary equipment to satisfy you. We provide you with a welcome kit:
A small attention mini-format composed of shower gel, shampoo, cotton/shampoo pads, hand soap. A second independent toilet allows you more comfort.

The garden is accessible through large sliding doors and offers outstanding facilities: A wooden terrace with its outdoor furniture, a dining area with a barbecue, a beautiful pool and its beach will offer you a real moment of relaxation. For lovers of petanque, an exclusive space is dedicated to you.

➤ Towels are at your disposal. We also provide all household linen.
Please note that a washing machine is available in the accommodation.

Wi-Fi is free and secure. This means you can work remotely if you need to. The accommodation has a dedicated workspace.

➤ The accommodation is completely NON SMOKING. Penalties may be applied if there is a smell of smoke in the flat when you leave.

➤ The cleanliness of the accommodation is one of our main requirements. We are particularly fussy about the standards of hygiene in the flat to ensure you have a quality stay from the moment you arrive.

→ The entire accommodation is accessible to the traveller.

⫸ There are two parking spaces available in the courtyard of the accommodation. Further free parking is available on the street in front of the dwelling. ⫷
