Seawind 1509 is the perfect place to unwind and make memories with your family and friends! This condo was recently purchased by a new owner and has been updated with new decor and new bedding. The home also has new high quality vinyl flooring throughout. PARKING: Covered parking is available. Guest to pay parking pass per car.
Bedding Arrangements:

Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access

Guest 1: Queen size bed, semi-private bath

Guest 2: Full size Bunk bed (full bed over full bunk)

Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and walking distance to so much classic Gulf Shores fun: the beach, Sea & Suds, Pink Pony, The Hangout, Gulf State Fishing Pier, surf shops, ice cream, hot dogs and more!! Seawind has so many wonderful amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy!!

Family Getaway

We had a great experience at this beautiful condo. Comfy beds, great balcony, lots of beach stuff in the laundry room! The elevator is a bit slow at certain times of the day, but I would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Great location and ocean view. Was with in walking distance to most restaurants and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was easy and not overly crowded. Our Condo was very welcoming and comfortable during the stay.

Family spring break 2025

We had the most wonderful time! The unit is in the most perfect location. There is plenty of space. My 12 y/o son loved the bunk beds. You can easily walk around the area to local restaurants, shopping and ice cream :). The pool was not open but we went to the beach everyday. Only con were the elevators. Be patient with the elevators. There are only two for the entire building. There are carts available in the lobby of the elevator areas for when you are un/loading your car. Also the parking garage was under construction however we never had issues finding a space. If we go back to Gulf Shores, I would definitely rebook this unit!

Very cute condo, great view, very well stocked

Overall we had a great stay here. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on everything was that the pool and hot tub were not able to be used while we were there, and we weren’t given a heads up about that until we got there. The host was very apologetic and researched another place for us to stay that did have a working pool/hot tub. We chose to stay at the condo as we had already unpacked and that was our only complaint. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen appliances, beach chairs, extra blankets, and anything we could have needed was there We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Sunset - Great Host - Would go back!

The property was as described, clean and beautiful, on the beach, great response from host when needed, would definitely recommend for your stay! The master suite was amazing with the patio door as well as the one in the main room. Kitchen setup was great for cooking in and the area had many options for heading out to eat. Beautiful sunsets off the amazing southwest corner balcony!
