A house just a stone's throw from Les Amiets,

5 minutes away by a pedestrian path is the large beach of Amiets (supervised in July and August). At 150m, the leisure park with tennis court, mini golf and playground will delight your children. The GR34, as well as the water sports centre (with windsurfing, kayaking, paddle, catamaran) will appeal to thrill seekers and walkers. A supermarket is 5kms away, but a mini-market (open in July and August) is 500m from the house.

The pavilion, built in 2020 (with a surface area of 100m² on a 600m² plot of land) can accommodate 6 people, it includes:
- a large living room very sunny opening onto the garden with a fully equipped open kitchen (TV, PS3 and connected speaker)
- 2 bedrooms with a bed of 160 each,
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed,
- Beds made on arrival,
- 1 bathroom with WC
- 1 separate toilet.
- A large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, a second bathroom for the return from the beach
- Terrace of 100m² with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds, 2 deck tops, a barbecue, a large electric awning, located in a south-facing garden not overlooked.

Options and services:
- Electricity: 120kw/week / beyond: 0.20€/kw
- Cleaning at the end of the stay, for a flat fee of 100€ (excluding toilet and kitchen to be done by the tenant)
- Shopping done on arrival! You do your shopping at the Super U drive-thru in Cléder, we deliver it to you and store it for a flat fee of €25.
- Beach games for children, non-contractual
- A deposit of 700e will be retained, not cashed by the site.
- The rental contract must be returned to us signed.
