It's ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac 14 minutes' walk from the Croisette beach, and comprises one bedroom, one bathroom and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The flat is located in the "Cannes Center" building which is equipped with a lift and is secure. It is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay: kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The flat has an 8 square metre terrace furnished with a table, two chairs and a deckchair, and which offers a magnificent view over a public garden.
You will be in the perfect place for a great holiday. You will be close to shops (supermarkets, post office, tobacco...) and public transport. Everything is within walking distance, you can get around very easily without a car.
The house is located at 8 min walk from the Palais des Festivals and 14 min walk from the Croisette beach. You can also walk to the Vieux Port at 9 min on foot. The area offers many activities : you can take the boat to the island Sainte Marguerite and walk in its natural park, go diving or walk along the coastline. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.
