Swimming pool of 7.50m X2.80m protected by an alarm and with maintenance planned 1 time/week by a swimming pool specialist, deckchairs and mattresses provided

Stone terraces in front and behind the house including a terrace directly in front of the kitchen with table, chairs and parasol provided (view of the Presqu'île)

Garden below, be careful because there are several external staircases that can present a danger for young children who do not yet walk very well...
Ideal for family(s) with baby and/or children already comfortable with walking and stairs.

Tennis court (and volleyball) to be booked with the caretaker of the residence

Access (10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car) to the creeks of the residence (Polynesia, Port Auguier) and direct access from the house to a path that leads to the coastal path (magnificent walk along the coast)
Access in 20 minutes on foot to the Tour Fondue (departure of the boat for Porquerolles and the Iles d'Or)

On site, a welcome book with all our advice for walks, restaurants, places to visit, and all the instructions concerning the house and the residence.


Deposit (not cashed) of €800 to be given to the person who takes care of the inventory of fixtures on the day of your arrival
