KBM Resorts is proud to represent Timber Wolf 5B. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-baths retreat offers two levels of comfortable space for you and your Family or friends to enjoy after a day of hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding.
This mountain getaway is just 10 minutes from Historic Main Street and 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
With photos of moose, antique skis and snowshoes, and detailed mountain decor, it has every mountain charm you can imagine for your Park City vacation. Mountain decor and rustic wood furnishings complete the mountain aesthetic.
Gather for a home-cooked meal in the Full Kitchen or relax by the river rock Gas Fireplace in the living room. In the warmer months, sit on the deck and soak up the fresh mountain air. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in the outdoor Common hot tub.
Within this 1,583-square-foot home your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The residence sleeps 6 in beds.
Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at days end. You'll enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, large toaster, sensing microwave, butchers knife block and a high-capacity blender.The kitchen island features bar-stool seating, great for breakfast or catching up on all the days activities. For more formal meals, sit down at the dining table with seating for six.
Living: Continue into the comfortable living area, where your Family can relax on the comfortable sofa and chair, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. Fire up the Gas Fireplace to add warmth and a romantic mood to the room.bedrooms/bathrooms
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a timber-framed, king-size bed and access to a private balcony. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tiled stand-up, glass-doored shower and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a timber-framed queen-size bed. This bedroom also has a shared bathroom with a dual shower/tub. This bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. This bedroom also has a shared bathroom with a dual shower/tub. There is an additional powder room on the first floor.
An additional twin air mattress is available upon request.Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens. Bathrooms are stocked with L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.
Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.
Parking: There is one space per unit in under ground parking garage. Larger and longer SUV-type vehicles and vans must be parked outside - spots are first-come, first-served.
