It consists of a large main room with a sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people) and an open kitchen with two windows overlooking the garden.
The bathroom has a towel warmer.

The terrace and garden are sunny and offer a lovely view of the townhouses and the Bazois Valley.
The entrance is secured by two doors. The first door faces almost directly toward City Hall and is just a minute away from the movie theater and a delicious pizzeria.
