Bring an HDMI cable to connect the computer.<br>- Terrace and parking space at the back of the house<br><br>Lower level, connected to the main level by external stairs:<br>- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed<br>- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, more for children or teenagers. <br>- Shower room with toilet<br>The rooms have direct access to the garden and communicate with each other.<br>These rooms can be cooler in case of rain, before June 15, then in September. But they are still very pleasant!<br>- The swimming pool is located on this level. <br><br>For sports enthusiasts, weight bench, gym mat, dumbbells and table tennis. And petanque balls! Many walks from the house, swimming spots at the river at the bottom of the path, 5 minutes from work.<br>And for pleasure: possibility of massages at home by state-certified masseuse (and very nice to boot!)<br><br>Amenities in or near the village:<br>- In the village: a grocery store where you can find almost everything, even bread and newspapers, an excellent itinerant butcher every day in summer, post office, tennis court, café and petanque in the shade of the plane trees, grills for lunch and dinner, pizza on the village square.<br>- 2 km away: the best baker in the world, Nathanaël...<br>- 14 km away: supermarkets, all food shops, flea markets, hairdresser, beauty shop, banks and ATMs, fuel, café and restaurants.<br>- Picturesque markets of local products in and around the village (Saint-Jean-du-Gard, Anduze, Saint-André-de-Valborgne, Lasalle, etc.).
