Conch House - Ocean front with dock and pool

The Conch House is located at mile marker 28.5 on Little Torch Key. You can dock your boat right in your own front yard!! The newly constructed cement L shaped dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat There are stakes to go between to get into the boat basin. The depth at high tide is 36” and 18” at low tide. The Conch House has a small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak or paddle board. There are 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

Quiet neighborhood – Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am

You will be provided check in instructions prior to your arrival

The Fave of ALL

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conch House over the past week. It was very well furnished. We have stayed in a lot of different accommodations since starting to come to the Keys for mini lobster season 20+ years ago and though we couldn't come during the mini season this year, we still wanted our Keys-fill, so we came in June instead. The Conch house is our favorite so far.

Family vacation

Wonderful home, we wouldn’t change a thing! Very well maintained, great pool and beautiful garden! Amy and the owners were fantastic; location is close to shopping and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks and would have loved to stay longer.

Beautiful House

To say this is a beautiful house is an understatement. Absolutely gorgeous house. The heated pool is great. This was the best vacation for my wife and I with friends. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Amy. Definitely would stay here again.

Great House

We loved our two weeks stay at the Conch House. Everything was exactly as described. House was very clean. Easy check in/out procedures. We rented a 24' Parker boat from Lower Keys Boat Rentals and had no trouble at the dock. Water is shallow going out (for just about 50' or so), so make sure you trim up. Lots of great fishing all around. Easy communication with host. We plan to visit again and would definitely recommend to others.

Such a gem!

This property was lovely. Clean, coastal decor, comfortable beds… oh, and the view - amazing!!! The porch was a favorite for us all! The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels. Loved having a downstairs fridge for drinks by the pool and the bait freezer was very convenient and appreciated. Great dock and cleaning station. Short boat ride to Looe key and channels to fish. Easy walk to Kiki sandbar- fun tiki bar vibe. Overall a 10 !

Fun in the Sun

The house was just as stated. Perfect for three couples. Kitchen/living room nice and big. Beautiful screened in porch around two sides. Pool area was nice but pool was shaded by 3:00pm. Many fun bars/restaurants close by. Kiki’s was within walking distance, band every night, good food and best key lime pie we had.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our 3rd visit to the Conch House Home! The home is beautiful and has everything you need and more. Lots of space and 4 comfortable bedrooms and baths. Kitchen has everything, we would not change a thing! It is well cared for by the owners who are wonderful. They have made it so welcoming . It sits on the ocean with a beautiful pool and dock. Wrap around porches to enjoy quiet time or beautiful sunsets. Perfect place to paddle board, kayak and fish! They have thought of everything to fit each person. We hope to return next year! Lovely home for 6 adults and 2 children

The house was very roomy with bathrooms for every bedroom! The kitchen was huge and allowed for multiple cooks. But there are so many fun restaurants that we mainly only prepared breakfast. Then we headed to the heated pool as it faced east and was shaded by 3pm. Time to clean up in the nicely appointed bathroom. I loved the teal tile in my shower. Big and luxurious! All fresh and ready for some close by good eats and live music! Well I’m a senior so I loved heading to a very comfy bed by 10pm! Repeat daily for a week.

Beautiful home!

We came to Florida to visit my son and for a quick getaway with friends. We had an incredible time in this beautiful home! It is clean and modern and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and location. Fun bar is close by. We would not hesitate at all to come back! Thank you!

Escape to Florida

The property exceeded our expectations. The pool was great as was the easy access to the water. Inside the house was roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. Screened in porches all around were a pleasure.

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time!!!! The home has the most wonderful views!! We enjoyed fishing and taking a dip in the salt water pool. The location of the home is perfect far enough away from festivities but close enough to get to them when you want to. However the most delightful part of the trip was the representative for Walkabout Retreat. She was absolutely great. The fire alarms were sounding when got home one evening and we went back out a got batteries to see if that would fix it. The next morning she came out to take a look and we had already tried the batteries. I thought it was the right thing to do but it almost brought her to tears for the attempt. Later that day she brought chum, chum bag and New York syrup as a thank you. I can't say enough about Amy, the agency or the home. It was truly a great treat!!

Excellent stay! Lovely house with terrific view! Great location! House equipped with everything you need! The shower in the front bathroom was wonderful! It was also nice to have the American flag out in the waterway! Highly recommend!
