Composed of a set of small one-storey houses set in the middle of a wooded park, you can enjoy its pedestrian paths, its tennis court or its swimming pool with wading pool.

Nearby, you will find a bowling green and shops at the entrance to the beach.

The apartment, a T3/4 crossing of about 49 m² of living space, is located on the 1st floor. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with cupboards plus a cabin (bunk beds) offering a total of 6 real beds.

From the living room, through a large bay window, you will have direct access to a terrace of ~ 8m² with a south-east exposure. It is equipped with an electric awning allowing you to manage the sunshine at your convenience.

The apartment is composed of a large bright living room with an American-style kitchen. It is equipped with all the necessary comforts (an induction hob with its accessories, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a Nespresso, a kettle, etc...).

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Wifi is available free of charge.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower. The toilet is independent.
In addition, it is at your disposal: a hairdryer, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, cleaning products, a parasol, as well as a baby bed.

Please note: a deposit of 80 Euros in CASH will be requested on arrival for cleaning. It will be returned to you on departure, if the accommodations are left clean.
