Wonderful coffee shops and restaurants close by. All kitchen items needed for cooking provided by host. Bathrooms stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners, bath products and more. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our apartment studio and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

Easy access to the freeway.

A quiet spot to sleep. Big tv and comfortable furniture. Very clean and pet friendly.

Property Review

I’m giving it 3 stars because it wasn’t absolutely stellar, and there were a few issues. Apartment as a whole: It’s a nice little 2 bed, 1 bath. You can tell the floors and cabinetry are new, but also still in the middle of remodeling some other areas. No central air, but there are two window AC units. A welcome packet with the wifi information wasn’t available. Kitchen: There was little to no counter space in the kitchen which made it difficult to cook, the utensils and cookware were quite sparse. We had to buy a few utensils. Living room: Nice comfortable seating with two couches and a smart TV. The entrance door didn’t make a perfect seal around the exterior, leaving gaps to outside. Fixing the seal on the entrance door would help a lot with cooling. Bathroom: Newly installed standing shower. There are no outlets in the bathroom, and no counter space. The sealant around the shower isn’t perfect which lead to water leaking out from the shower. Bedrooms: Only one of the two bedrooms had an AC unit, with no central air it made the other room extremely hot. The beds were fine. The rooms each have a closet, but some dressers would have been nice. Some more bed and bath linens would have been nice, especially since there is a linens fee. Only one set was provided. Once the remodeling is finish, and a few issues addressed. I feel like this could be a really nice rental property.
