Apartment SAINT-MARTIN 3, in the heart of Colmar (2BR, 1 BA, sleeps 4)

Located in the heart of Colmar city center, in a quiet and flowery pedestrian courtyard, the apartment Saint Martin 3 is a charming accommodation of 80m2 completely renovated in May 2018, accommodating from 2 to 4 people.
On the 1st floor - without elevator - of a 2-storey building, its exceptional location, close to restaurants, tourist attractions and Christmas markets, will allow you to discover the city entirely on foot.

The apartment offers :
- two bedrooms, with a Queen size bed each (160x200 cm).
- a large living room with flat screev TV.
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso...) and a dining area for 4 people
- a bathroom (large shower, double washbasin, wc).

Bed linen and towels provided. Free WIFI.
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
Locked room in the courtyard for your bicycles.

Several public car parks, pay or free of charge, a few hundred meters away. TGV train station is a 15-minute walk away.

We live in the courtyard and we will welcome you personally as far as possible. We are available to answer your questions or in case of problems and we are happy to share our good addresses of restaurants, wine bars, cheese shops, bakeries, pastry shops, caterers ... and ideas of visits.

ATTENTION: Rental for 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM in low and middle season (January to May), and 7 NIGHTS MINIMUM in high season, from Saturday to Saturday (June to October and Christmas and New Year week).
Arrivals between 2pm and 7pm. Departures before 10am. Please respect these schedules. For any arrival after 20h, we will charge an additional 20 €.
Pets not allowed.

Delightful Apartment in Historic Colmar

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the living room, and having breakfast at the kitchen table. Even though you are in the heart of the historic district, the apartment bedrooms are quiet, and we slept well. It was very easy to walk from here to all parts of historic Colmar. As the week went on, we fell in love with the location as we discovered more and more local delights. It is a special place full of charm (and great food).Charlotte is a wonderful host, and has clearly put in a lot of thought to making such a comfortable place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Nice apartment in Colmar

This is a very nice modern apartment in an old building in the heart of the Old Town area. It's clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen and a spacious modern bathroom. Very convenient to everything. The host, Charlotte, was very responsive and helpful throughout.

Excellent apartment in fantastic location in downtown Colmar

Beautifully decorated and updated first-floor apartment in downtown Colmar. Charlotte was wonderful to work with; she provided clear instructions for directions, check-in and check-out so there were no issues getting to or accessing the property. Everything was very clean and the bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated; living area was spacious and bright. We could not ask for a better location-the apartment is located in a quiet courtyard in the Altstadt and there were so many cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment in Colmar

Check-in and checkout was so easy. Charlotte sent all the detailed information in advance. There was a helpful folder with all the information needed for the apartment, plus a listing of recommended restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable - and situated on a quiet square. Bathroom was clean and loved having the rain shower and hand held. The washer/dryer combo was a wonderful convenience. We highly recommend the apartment and working with Charlotte was so smooth. If we are ever back in Colmar, we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully Charming Home Away From Home

Our stay at Apartment Saint-Martin #3 was the sweetest and most special stay, as it has been the three times previous. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks, beginning in early November, and watched as the beautiful village of Colmar turned towards Christmas and the winter. Every part of the apartment is comfortable and everything is there to make you feel at home, warm and cozy. The time was made extra special as it snowed. Growing up in South Florida I have never seen snow and it was such an amazing and magical experience to me, witnessing it for the first time in the sweet village of Colmar, surrounded by Christmas festivities, color, and history. I'll never forget it. I will also never forget the kindness the owner, Charlotte, has shown at every turn. Her warmth made the stay even better and I thank her for the opportunity to stay in her beautiful place.

Fabulous Apartment, Perfect Location

The two of us enjoyed this characterful, modern, and well-equipped apartment in the heart of old Colmar. Charlotte is an excellent host--responsive and helpful. Easy walk to all attractions. We used free electric bus to access the train station for a day trip to Strasbourg. Pay parking nearby, free parking about a 12 minute walk away.

Home away from home!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Charlotte’s place was so perfect for us. The location close to everything, the layout with 2 bedrooms, the cozy, homey feel with all the modern conveniences. Charlotte and Alex were readily on hand to rectify a couple minor challenges that came up - thank you for that. They were kind, easy to communicate with and allowed us our privacy. The location is right in old town, about a 5-minute walk to Little Venice and close to all restaurants and shops. But we were still on a relatively quiet street. Sleeping was never a problem, never noisy and the beds…ah the beds! Very comfortable with nice white linens. The kitchen had all the accoutrements one could need. We didn’t cook much though as the Boulangerie’s were but a short walk away. Delicious! We loved Colmar and would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot!

This spacious property in Colmar was very well situated in the old town with easy accessibility to everything we wanted to see/experience. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and provided very helpful information about parking and access to the unit in advance of our stay. If you find yourself headed to Alsace I would highly recommend this property. I'd stay again in a minute!

Lightning Strikes Twice

This property is pure perfection, set in the center of the most special town of Colmar. Everything in the apartment from the spacious and cozy rooms, to the beautiful bathroom, and all of the comforts of everyday living close at hand make this property extra special. The location exceeds exceptions and puts you just a short walk to every part of Colmar's town center that includes churches, bakeries, restaurants, museums, shopping, and endless history. This place wouldn't be nearly perfect though if it wasn't for Charlotte, the property's kind and ever so helpful owner. As long as she keeps it on Home Away it will truly be a place I would always call home.

Perfect Choice

We enjoyed 8 nights at Charlotte’s apartment as our base to enjoy the Alsace Christmas markets. Overall, we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It was a perfect stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing and the location was central to everything we needed (monoprix, train station, shops etc). Charlotte was welcoming and responsive to all our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment- a true gem!

Excellent in every way!

The apartment looks just like the pictures. Very clean and quiet. The location is perfect - one block from the cathedral, in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping and about 3 blocks from Petit Venice. We were delighted with everything - one of my best rentals EVER! Charlotte is delightful and very responsive. EVERYTIN++HING WAS PERFECT!

Perfection in an idyllic city

Colmar is a city of history and beauty, filled with beautiful cobblestone streets, charming cafes, and wonderful people. Charlotte, the owner of this perfect apartment, is one of those wonderful people. From the time we set foot onto the ground outside of her place, to the moments where she gracefully showed us the apartment, to her generous help and kindness, we felt so at home. The apartment, contemporary in design, flows so well between the full kitchen, cozy living room, two sumptuous bedrooms, and spacious bathroom. There is everything on hand to make your stay pleasant and memorable, light and views from almost all sides, and all presented in impeccable cleanliness and style. Step out the front door into a courtyard that leads you to the center of Colmar's historic downtown and all of the beauty the city has to offer. There is no finer place in Colmar, no better place to call home, and no host more wonderful than Charlotte. 5+ stars!
