This holiday rental for 10 people with a heated swimming pool is located in the countryside of Cavaillon, about 3 km from the town centre and shops, at the entrance of the Luberon Natural Park in Provence (Vaucluse department).
A very typical building, this large family farmhouse has a well-maintained large park. Beautiful century-old plane trees provide plenty of shade in summer. Family relaxation is guaranteed in the lovely pool house, a playground with a swing and a pétanque court delight both young and old.
Cavaillon has an incredibly rich historical heritage.
A Roman city, it has preserved several testimonies from this era, the most remarkable being its 1st-century Antique Arch, located in the town centre, whose engravings and ornaments have been carefully preserved.
Cavaillon is an ideal city for a change of scenery.
It is located in the heart of Provence. You are close to the Luberon Natural Park, the Alpilles, and the Ventoux, just 45 minutes from Marseille beaches.
During your holiday in Cavaillon, you are at the gateway to several tourist areas of Provence, including Avignon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and of course the perched villages of Luberon (Gordes and Bonnieux, classified among the most beautiful villages in France), Roussillon and the Colorado of Provence.
Cavaillon is also a perfect city for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, it is the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the heart of the Luberon and Alpilles massifs.
Small country paths also start directly from the house for beautiful family bike rides.
There is a via Ferrata on the Saint Jacques hill in Cavaillon. The Saumane Golf Course is located 18 km from the rental
The nearest major cities are: Avignon: 25 km, Aix-en-Provence: 45 minutes and Marseille: 75 km
EXTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse with heated swimming pool in Cavaillon, has a closed garden of 5900 m².
The garden is arranged with:
A spacious private heated swimming pool (11x4m, with a depth from 0.30cm to 1.35m, with an immersed beach), security system with alarm and safety cover, accessible by steps, in service from 1st April to 30th October.
The pool is equipped with sunbeds
1 spacious terrace shaded by a roof terrace, west-facing, with a kitchen area, a table and chairs, for outdoor dining, and a plancha.

INTERIOR
This holiday rental with swimming pool is on two levels. It has an area of 280 m². It offers good comfort. It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style.
The owners wanted to revive this family home that has been in the family for 5 generations and integrate all modern comfort. It was a former thistle farm.
GROUND FLOOR:
An independent kitchen (12 m²), with a dining area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso, 4-burner ceramic hob)
A storeroom (10 m²) with washing machine.
A living room (32 m²) with fireplace, TV, DVD player and dining space (22 m²).
1 independent toilet with hand basin.
1st FLOOR:
The floor is divided into two parts, with a relaxation/office space in its centre, which is very pleasant, and a total of 5 bedrooms:
An air-conditioned bedroom (13 m²) with a double bed in 160, adjacent bathroom (1 sink, 1 shower)
A bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed in 140, adjacent bathroom (1 sink, 1 shower)
An air-conditioned bedroom (15 m²) with a double bed in 160
An air-conditioned bedroom (17 m²) with a double bed in 160
A bedroom (16 m²) with 2 single beds 90.
An independent bathroom (8 m²) with a bathtub and a shower.

Maximum occupancy: 10 people
End of stay cleaning: £250
Household linen included, comprising sheets, towels, tablecloths, tea towels.
