We are close to shopping and restaurants about 25 minutes north of Boston and close to major highways for easy access. You will find this home offers complete privacy in your own space located on the lower level. Features include private separate entrance, kitchen, washer/dryer, 65 inch tv in the living room with Lazy Boy recliners, and bedroom with walk in closet. Upper level of home is owner occupied.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house was exceptionally well kept, with thoughtful touches throughout. There were ample pillows and blankets, making the stay very comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well organized, which we really appreciated. The Christmas decorations were lovely and perfectly suited for the holiday season—they added such a warm, festive charm to our stay.We also enjoyed the interesting collection of books and the board games, which made for cozy evenings in. The location was very convenient as well, with stores and essentials close by.Overall, a delightful place to stay—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The apt.was very clean.The parking was off the street and there was a circle driveway so we did not have back out into the street.The kitchen was well stocked. We were in town for the Head of the Charles Regatta. It took us only 30 min. to get to the event. We would stay here again. The area was very safe and quiet.

Just what we were looking for :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Greg is very responsive, answered all my questions & even gave us restaurant recommendations. We came for a conference in Lowell, this location was smack middle to Boston & Lowell - perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful, the home is spacious.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a 5-day trip to visit Concord, Salem, and of course Boston. Its central location gave easy access to each of those areas.It had all of amenities we needed, well kept, and quite comfortable.

Beautiful unit with gracious host!

Immaculate, quiet, cozy stay for the Boston Marathon! Host Greg was quite gracious and thoughtful with amenities and quick communication. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great host! I wish we knew guest were also hosting on the top floor. They stomped up and down for hours. If that was communicated that this was a two family with rental in the top floor I may have picked another location.

Perfect little getaway

Greg’s place was AMAZING! In such a convenient location that we could easily get to Boston but weren’t surrounded by the noise and traffic. Super easy to communicate with and the house is very cozy and inviting.

Boston Family Visit

This is an outstanding property with a fantastic host. It was perfect for our stay to visit family in the area. The outside patio chairs and table were the perfect place to eat dinner with our family in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the Boston area. The location is convenient by car to the Alewife T station (red line).

Very comfortable home in good location

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January for a family wedding. This was our second stay at this home. The apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities needed to be very comfortable. It is also centrally located. We really enjoyed our visit and would choose to stay here again when we visit Massachusetts.

Wonderful experience

We stayed for a month and everything went great. The apartment is clean, very comfy and very well furnished. The couch and bed are comfy, the kitchen is very well appointed and the bathroom is well stocked (they even provide QTips!). Location <1 mile off Commonwealth Ave, so walking distance to Dunkin and several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely guest home - perfectly located for us outside of Boston

Greg has a lovely home that is well maintained and very welcoming. Extra care was taken to weave into the décor touches of the current season/holiday. We are a mature couple making a road trip through the New England states in autumn. The home was perfectly located for us in a beautiful neighborhood outside of Boston. It gave us a great launching point for each day’s exploration, and a relaxing haven to return to after our adventures.

Perfect location for history buffs or trip to city

We had a great stay at Greg's place. The description was just as listed and the living room has been updated with a couch and love seat. Perfectly located for easy access to the history in Concord and Lexington. It's also a quick commute into Boston for the freedom trail and all the other great places the town holds. Greg was friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan our trip. I'd highly recommend staying here when planning a trip in the Boston area.

Just like Home

Great space with all the amenities. We contacted Greg a few times with questions and got back to us right away, which was awesome! We felt the bed was really comfy and there was enough space to spread out comfortably too. More attention to detail with cleaning would have been great, but overall the space was nice and relaxing after a long day of walking.
