Fenced in Backyard wooden deck with propane grill, washer and dryer. You will feel as if you are miles away from civilization. Yet You are only minutes away from restaurants bars nightclubs beaches and exciting nightlife. This guest house is situated on 2 acres of wooded and landscaped land. You can pet and give carrots to our miniature donkey!! . plenty of room for your boat and trailer. The owners are on site in but will respect your privacy. Privacy fence separates the guesthouse from the main living quarters. Great quiet place

The place was exactly as advertised. It was spotless and Patrick was very responsive to any and all questions. The pool was perfect and a nice perk. Will definitely like to re- visit!!

Paradise cottage.

The cottage was home away from home. Very safe neighborhood. Private Parking, fenced in backyard. We were allowed to let our pets run outside. nice outdoor patio to set with family. Have a few drinks and snacks. Before we had gotten there, I mentioned to Pat that our backs were bad, and he took note and immediately. raised the bed. We had very nice sleep nights. Everything was of today and new Pat is very accommodating along with his wife. If there's any problems, they take care of it immediately. The sofa is a pullout. There's a washer& dryer in the bedroom. He even had a couple camping. chairs in case you wanted to go watch an event and forgot to bring something to set on. There was a large dresser for our clothes and a closet for our clothes. There was cleaning supplies, we spent. a month there in April. I had a problem with my health, and Pat was very accommodating to my husband to direct him to the right places. It's only for a couple nights, but it is a relief to know that somebody will care for you even when they don't know you. The pool was a godsend. We were from Indiana to us. The pool was warm. I would say the pool was 75 to 80 degrees and as the month got deeper into April and toward May, it was even at 90 degrees at one point. I cried when we had to leave, you have to visit whiskey joes in NP & Catches rest. Pat and Marianne. you will always be like family to us. Thank you so much for making our vacation the best ever.!

Great time

We had the best month! Patrick and Maryann were very friendly and accommodating. If we needed anything they responded asap. Was so nice to be able to sit on deck and feel like you were home. Had everything we needed. Had a great time sitting around the pool. But....I'm going to miss Bruce the donkey.

A little peace of paradise

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at the beach house in the woods. The property was exactly as described and pictured. The size was perfect for the two of us. Pat and Maryann were gracious hosts allowing us use of the pool outside of posted times when we asked due to our activities and the extreme heat. We hope we did not take advantage of this). We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Bruce and his enthusiasm seeing us coming and going. The property was centrally located for the plans we had. We were able to shoot down to St Petersburg in less than an hour and up to Weeki Wachee State Park in about 35-40 minutes. There are many food options in the area between downtown New Port Richie, local spots on the water in Port Richie and the best breakfast at Grandma Sally’s! Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us!! Robyn and David

Perfect Little Guesthouse

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Pat was great with responding to any questions or concerns we had (which we had very little of). When we walked in, it smelled so nice and was spotless. I loved the location, minutes to restaurants and stores, but away from the busyness of town. Very quiet neighborhood. And of course, we LOVED Bruce the donkey!

Beautiful Getaway

Patrick and his wife hVe created the perfect cozy getaway! It was clean and had all the amenities you could need, and the decor just made it feel that much more like a home away from home. The location was fantastic! We felt like we were miles and miles away from civilization while having the r convenience of only being a few minutes from everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Every morning and night we loved sitting outside to pet and feed Bruce! Couldn’t get over him running to the fence no matter what time it was to come over and greet us in our private fenced in backyard. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Great Hosts & Wonderful Beach House

We absolutely loved this beach house! Patrick was very fast at responding to any questions we had on local places and a couple of extra items we needed. Bruce the donkey was a fun extra that loved the bananas we fed him. Seeing manatees while kayaking on the river was such a fun experience. Very clean beach house with everything we needed! Would definitely give this a 10 out of 10 if we could and will be back if in the area.

We stayed for 2 weeks and would have definitely stayed longer! We nicknamed the donkey George and loved hearing him in the morning ! And the pool and the grounds were awesome !

Great Getaway

This was the third time I rented this cottage. The cottage is immaculate, very comfortable. The pool and pool area were perfect for relaxing. Patrick is always very accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit !!

We had such a great experience at this cottage!

Patrick was an amazing host. He responded immediately to every text. The cottage was immaculately clean. It had all the amenities we needed. It was wonderful to have full use of the pool. The location is perfect and so close to beaches, shopping and we checked out the Florida Aquarium. We will definitely be back!

Cute Clean Comfortable

Very nice stay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Nice private back deck. Of course Bruce was adorable. Only drawback was that the only outside light was the sliding glass door and a small window in the entry door. We used a gate to keep our dog in and opened the entry door for more light. Pat was very responsive to all questions. Road was quiet as well, felt like we were in the country but really a couple minute drive to stores and restaurants. 3 stars for location only because overall NPR was just not for us, prefer a more laid back "old Florida" type area. But we would stay here again if we're ever back in the area!

Thanksgiving 2021

We had such a great time here .. beautiful, peaceful. Pat & Maryanne are the perfect hosts. We enjoyed sitting out by the firepit listening to music, making smores (too cold for pool). Kids & grandkids came - they loved it too and enjoyed feeding Bruce. We ate our Thanksgiving dinner at the Tiki Bar. Our plan is to stay here on all our Florida family visits!
