FAMILY VACATION

Great place to stay for a Luxury Cabin with Great views!! Theatre room and the pool table was used a lot. Family had a great time and we WILL be back.

Spring Smoky Mountain vacation

My family and I loved the size and layout of this canin. There were 12 of us, ranging from 2 to 70 and we all had a place where we felt comfortable and could find quiet time as well as family gatherings. The cabin was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond anytime I had a question. Great stay and we're looking forward to another one next year.

The place was spacious, clean and very modern

A group of 8 adults stays there for a long weekend. We absolutely loved the place, very clean, although we could of used another frying pan.

Nice, quiet area and a large cozy home

This home was great for a family of 7. We did have AC issues the first night but the owner sent a tech out to fix within a few hours. Close enough to the attractions but far enough away from the chaos. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

Perfect location for a weekend family gathering! Would love to bring in groceries for a week and get snowed in during the winter. Definitely was not cold enough to enjoy the fireplaces but would love to return to enjoy that experience as well.

Nice 1 night stay

We had a quick, 1 night stay. Cabin was clean. Mattresses are extremely firm, so much so it was difficult to sleep.

Crumley family fun

Clean, spacious, comfortable, we just loved it. we loved the movie room and back porch with dining area for breakfast, reading and just being together. This cabin is amazing, we have been vacationing twice a year in the mountains for years and this is the most comfortable and best cabin we have ever stayed in. we will rent from Summit again. Family vacation

Great cabin. View is a little different than what pictures make it seem. Not as clear to see Mountain View’s as I thought. Overall great stay. Had a visit from a bear the first night that the kids thought was really cool. Loved the hot tub, movie theater room and game room.

Place is exactly like pics. More privacy than others in the neighborhood.

Management group is very responsive. Didn’t have any large frying pans so we called to ask for assistance. Within an hour they dropped off a brand new 14 piece set of cooking pots/pans. Top notch.

Family Vacation

This was a great cabin to stay at. It was beautiful inside and out. Had something for everyone to enjoy. The cabin had enough space for everyone to be together but could still be apart if they wanted. The cabin was very clean and met all of our needs easily. Video games, pool table, theater room, hot tub, propane grill, fire pit, literally something for everyone to enjoy. Not totally secluded but far enough away from others for your privacy. A short drive to downtown Pigeon Forge. Oh, and all of the bears you can enjoy to look at. I think over 4 days we seen a total of 6 bears! Would definitely stay here again! LOVE IT!!

Great house for family

Great house for 6 adults and 3 kids! We loved the location. Only problem we ran into was the air upstairs going out on our last day/night. We were able to get someone out there but it couldn’t be fixed before we left. Really not the end of the world, just inconvenient. Everyone loved the hot tub and the movie room. Only other problem was they required a physical key - kind of wish it had a keypad or digital way but that’s just me being picky.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property. We arrived late at night and found out upon arrival our fridge wasn't working and that we had no hot water. We were able to restart the fridge but unfortunately the customer service person that we reported the lack of hot water to never turned in our work order so maintenance did not show up until the next morning after several follow up phone calls. These are issues that should be addressed before the next guests arrive. Otherwise, everything else was great.

This house is exactly how it looks in the picture. The house was beautiful and very clean. The cleaning lady was very thorough in the cleaning. We really enjoyed this house and will be back again.

Great getaway

We had an incredible time. Loved being able to go right to house and not having to stop at rental company to check in. It was only a short drive to attractions and so much to do!! The house was great, very comfortable and room for everyone.

Location Location Location

I've been to Tennessee a handful of times and have always stayed in Gatlinburg. This was the first time my family and I stayed in Pigeon Forge and I can honestly say we LOVED the location. It took us about 15 minutes to get to all of the areas attractions with minimal traffic. This trip we didn't even venture into Gatlinburg. The home is beautiful. It was roomy enough for our family of 5. My in-laws were staying in Gatlinburg and joined us for 1 night before heading home. They utilized the downstairs bedroom and let themselves out early in the morning through the entrance from the downstairs. Our infant slept in the theater room which is located right below the master bedroom and our other two children had the entire third floor all to themselves. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. There's also a half bath on the 1st and 2nd floor. The mast bath was very spacious! I wished there was a soaker tub or even a bench in there to help the space not look so empty. There were a few concerns I did have, but nothing that would change my 5 star review. The stairs were a little steep and creaked/ popped when going up and down. When we left the doors open bringing in our luggage we had a couple of large Wasp fly in ... these things were HUGE. We could not locate a nest but could assume the Wasp were a problem from the can of Wasp spray under the kitchen sink. There was also a spot or two where the laminate tiles were starting to lift on the main level between the kitchen and living room that my sock got caught on a few times. Overall the home was VERY clean and gorgeous! This will definitely be our go to when we visit!
