Vacation Townhouse - Seasonal discount- Great amenities!

Our unit is a spacious corner unit with 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 baths. It has been recently updated with new sofa and love seat, all new flooring and writing desk and chair. Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There are 2 master bedrooms in the unit. The first is located on the ground floor and is equipped with full bath. The second is on the 2nd floor and has its own full bath as well.

The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs.

The resort has great amenities from pool/lazy river/slides to fitness center and arcade and is available to all guest staying at the resort.

Minimum 3-night stay

Please note there is a resort fee of -$21 per night per group of 10 people paid directly to the resort at check-in.

Excellent place, excellent Host

Excellent place to stay. Jay the host was always quick to respond and took care of all our needs. The unit was clean, the resort was great. It was so easy getting around the community and everything we needed was just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Week getaway/cheer vacation

Booked 2 homes in this resort for 5 families traveling to the Orlando area for National cheer competition. Home was exactly as pictured, very clean and neat. Did not need to contact owner while on property, but before arriving he was quick to respond if I had any questions. The resort pool area was a hit with our teen/pre-teen girls. There is a Publix market just around the corner for all your shopping needs. The drive time to Disney/Universal can take up to an hour depending on traffic/construction, time of day, so make sure to leave plenty of travel time- but we enjoyed our stay here so we thought the drive was worth it!!!

Great Value

The owners worked with us when we needed to split the payment between a personal and corporate card. The house was great, the tv/cable isn’t the greatest but it worked enough to watch the playoffs. We also were at the pool most of the time we weren’t at the conference so it didn’t matter too much. Great amenities on property.

Florida Getaway

This 4 bedroom with 3-1/2 bath is great for a family gathering or get away to the sunshine state. It lies within a gated community of townhomes. The unit had everything we needed with plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The resort pools and lazy river were perfect for keeping the kids entertained on our take it easy days. There were restaurants, a Publix, and a Circle K next door. I th o ught it was a good value as well. Some of the finishes are showing a bit of wear, but we expected that. The host was responsive and friendly. Thank you for sharing your unit Jay!

Stay was so-so.

First off the stay was unique with covid, we couldn't use half the amenities because they weren't open at the times when children sleep. So our workout regime didn't happen. I got several bites from bugs in our bed in the upstairs master suite, however, none of the other bedrooms had bugs in them. The property manager was prompt in handling the situation. The situation in the room got better after they sprayed the bed. Other than that the property was nice, the pool looked so much bigger in the pictures but was rather small. And 2 and 3 year olds cannot use the slide and they don't understand why, when mom and dad can catch them. I was miserable with all my itchy bug bites but everyone else that stayed enjoyed there time. Bring your own big skillet because theirs is wharped so we had to cook bacon in the middle sized skillet and our scrambled eggs in the smallest skillet for 6 people.

Too far from Universal Studios and owner wants to rip you off

Unfortunately the property is not close to Universal. It’s a solid 50 minutes. The worst part about my stay is that after we left the owner/property manager billed me $40 additional dollars for 2 “ripped” pillow cases. I don’t know about you but I have never ripped a pillow case…. Let alone 2 of them in the exact same spot. I find it suspicious that they would suggest my wife and I ripped both decorative pillow cases. We didn’t even use the pillows. It’s not necessarily about the $40. It’s more about how I know my wife and I didn’t do the damage and we are being charged for it. Buyer beware. If you stay here you should document ever single blemish at the site and date stamp it. I would even send the video to the owner. Or better yet. Find a different property that won’t try to rip you off.

Clean townhome and comfy beds!

The townhome itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra blankets were available in the closets which was nice. They supplied enough dish detergent and dishwasher tablets for the week, which is not typical for a lot of places! We had a minor issue with an appliance that the property manager remedied immediately. Would liked to have had more comfortable seating in the family room and chairs on the upstairs balcony. There were outdoor chairs in the family room that we moved to the upstairs balcony to enjoy tea in the mornings. Other than that it's a great place!

Not bad for the money.

Great resort, the unit needed some attention on some things but did not affect our stay. The unit could use a remodel. The flooring has seen better days, some of the door locks do not work, some light bulbs are out, it takes 2 remotes to operate the tvs ( cable company can assist to program theirs to operate tv ) and batteries missing from remotes in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The owner or manager had great communication. Our family had a lot of fun.

Get what you pay for.

The manager was quick in response and very nice. There were some issues with the condo like cleanliness and some broken things. The windows have plastic sliding blinds on them and lots were missing which made light come into the upstairs room and taking a shower very awkward. Manager was informed and I’m sure they will take care of it. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and had security which was nice. Condo is stocked with everything you could need other than things like soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. The condo was big enough for all 10 of us to stay which was nice and had lots of bathrooms to use.

The home was very clean and owner was easy to communicate with and promptly answered emails.
