Enjoy mountain views from the living area, prepare a delicious meal in the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and settle in for a long dinner in the dining room.
WHISTLER VILLAGE SQUARE is at your feet as you step out of the complex and onto the VILLAGE STROLL! Central to the ski lifts, village life and all transport, this location cannot be beaten. Bring your car and park in the underground, complimentary, car space or be delivered to the taxi or bus depot - both directly behind the building and only steps to the door.
This well appointed, large condo with vaulted ceilings is renovated with new kitchen (Jan 2025) and new energy efficient windows (Oct 2025). The main floor welcomes you with living and dining rooms, a queen sofa bed, spacious chefs kitchen, laundry, second bedroom and a full bathroom with oversized shower. Up the stairs you will find the spectacularly spacious master suite with full height windows, desk and full bathroom.
We like all our guests to know that this property is perfect for many, but not all! If you have mobility challenges you may find the stairs tricky. The condo is on the first and second floors with no lift access and, as you can see, there are steps within the condo as well.
We have updated the windows to ensure maximum noise cancelling from the village below and generally the condo is a quiet and restful space. However sometimes the village can get rowdy, especially over long weekend or holiday times. If you prefer a quieter location it may be best to consider a property in the Upper Village, a little away from the action in the Village.
Rainbow Lodge offers a boutique ski lodge feel with a common living space central to the 7 condos. Grab the Yahtzee and head to this space to relax and enjoy some extra room to stretch out at the end of the day.
Parking -Garage Height 6'8" -One parking spot included -Additional Vehicles can be parked outside the private parking entry in the Whistler Conference Center parkade. -If you are overheight, Town Plaza Public Parking is 12’2 and allows for overnight parking. They are located on Main st. beside the library underground entrance - The EV charging station is at the entry to the parkade
For early check in - - please message when you are close to Whistler, we’ll check with housekeeping and will let you know as soon as it’s ready! - The parking spot will not be available until the unit is ready.
Late Arrivals - Our check in system is automated and there is no problem with late arrivals!
Ski Storage - The condo has a designated ski locker which is located directly outside the condo within the common area. It is spacious enough for all skis and boards to be stored safely in a private, locked cupboard.
Bike Storage -Bike storage is available and accessible in the basement of the building. We suggest you bring sturdy locks to ensure that they are secure within the room. Other options may be available so reach out if you have a special request.
What will I find? - The beds are made up with pillows, linens and covers. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and more are provided in the bathroom. Dinnerware, cookware, along with kitchen basics, like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea are provided in the kitchen.
When do I get the check in instructions? -The link will be sent out 24-48 hours prior to arrival. -Please ensure you have the Airbnb app on your phone(very important!)! ----The link will be able to open offline without requiring internet. The link will bring you to easy to follow, step-by-step instructions

Steps to the lift
We chose this property for its proximity to the lift for our mountain biking vacation. Location was great, a couple minute walk to the lift. Property was well equipped and comfortable. Right in the village so all the ammenities and restaurants were right out the door!

Excellent Spring Break in Whistler
This condo was perfect. Recently remodeled and an incredible location. Everything was exactly as the listing says and the host checked in multiple times before and during our stay. Didn’t hurt that Whistler got 5 feet of snow the week we were there. Would recommend this condo 10/10!

Vacation in Whistler
This is a beautiful newly renovated apartment in a perfect location. The location was perfect with restaurants, supermarket, shops, bus and taxi drop off and the most importantly the “Whistler Village Gondola” nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options. The process for check-in and check-out is easy and quick and the great communication between host and guests. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. However, there is only one hair dryer for for both bathrooms and no elevator when someone was injured could be a problem. One of our members got injured (broken knee bone) during this trip and was not able to move and that was the only problem for us. Other than that everything is prefect!

The protperty is incredible we will be coming back for sure. The location is increidble its a 5 min walk to the two lifts. Right next to the supermakret and above a coffee shop. Its really a beautiful properyy thats well equipped. I dont want the rest of the review to make it seem like a deal breaker but i do want to say two things. We traveled with my grandmother, and my child and we had two things that are worth mentioning. 1. There are quire a few stairs from the parking lot and the main entrance to the building. If you are traving with a stroller or elderly you should know that there are at the very least 21 steps to the apartment, and another 2 flights of stairs from the parking. 2. The upstairs room is a little squeeky and for a 7 year old with wonder in her eyes it was keeping her awake. Other than that it is so worth it and were all really happy with our stay.

My family and I spent the week of Christmas in Rainbow Suites #5 and let me say that Whistler during Christmas is magical! For reference there were 6 adults and we managed quite well as far as the size of the condo. The only thing missing were the fabulous curtains in the photos. Libby, our host, was extremely responsive and made sure I knew she was there for any questions or concerns. This was our first time being away from home during the holidays and the condo kitchen was VERY well stocked for my cooking endeavors! The only reason for the four stars was that the first three days there was a scaffolding and tarp covering the floor to ceiling windows on the first and second floor due to some construction being done on the facade. The windows were what drew me to this property. We had envisioned sitting at the table with our coffee watching the snow fall (and boy did that snow fall!). The contractors had told our owner it would be down the day of our arrival but it was not. Luckily Libby is a boss and raised holy heck to get that scaffolding and tarp taken down, even threatening to come cut it down herself! She was very empathetic to our situation and communicated each day about what was happening. The scaffolding came down on the third day and it was a game changer! Watching the snow fall from the dining table and even from our bed upstairs was amazing. We even had visits from some bird friends in the snow trees outside the window!

We are a Whistler family who have enjoyed this spectacular mountain town for over 20 years! First we were skiers and now we enjoy the biking and long summer days equally (if not more!).
This community and this mountain exude energy and enthusiasm for all that is the outdoors. We have thrived here and, whilst we are no longer here full time, we continue to spend as much time here as possible.
Having managed a number of short term rentals in Whistler and elsewhere, I hope to provide a seamless experience that allows you to get the most from your Whistler holiday.

The largest of the Rainbow Suites, you can enjoy hosting others at the large dining table or the generous living area. With a bedroom and bathroom on each of the two floors you enjoy privacy and space which is unmatched in that location.
The privacy of the master suite on the upper floor with oversized windows to enjoy vast mountain views is nothing short of spectacular.
This suite is a true gem and a rare find in that central village location
