It is also a short stroll to the Cape Playground which boasts half-court Basketball, discovery playground and pickle ball courts.
This comfortable beach house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first two bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has both a Tri-bunk and a single bed, easily accommodating up to 7 guests.

The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining table with seating for six, and comfortable couches with a large television. There is a ceiling fan and wall mounted reverse cycle heating / air conditioning unit. Off the kitchen is a large north facing deck with outdoor dining setting with seating for eight. At the front of the property there is a covered porch area with seating to enjoy the sea breeze.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Cape Paterson is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly bay beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
