Esta lujosa casa de cinco dormitorios y tres baños se encuentra en una sección de tamaño completo en el tramo de primera línea de playa de Mount Maunganui, entre el final de Marine Parade y el Omanu Surf Club. Cuenta con espectaculares vistas panorámicas desde los dos pisos que se extienden desde la playa principal del Monte hasta Maketu.

En esta casa bellamente decorada, puede disfrutar de la barbacoa en el balcón del lado del océano protegido durante los meses de verano o el fuego de gas durante los meses de invierno. Sentado en un camino privado, se puede ver a los niños correr desde la cubierta de abajo a la playa y al mar. Quick stop in New Zealand

The house was perfect for what we needed. So close to Tauranga, shops, sites and the beach. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed including some spices and olive oil.

Spectacular beach front property exceeded all expectations

This property is located right on the beach. The home has everything and is in immaculate condition. The rooms are spacious and the views are breathtaking. The check in was flawless. Everything needed is there and works without a hitch. The ambience from all the living areas is lovely and we were extremely happy in this home. Unforgettable experience.

Beautiful beach front property

Check in process was a breeze. Communication with the host was very easy and she was always very responsive. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is simply stunning. Massive windows facing a beautiful beach. Many bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped and it is a perfect location in Mount Maunganui. I could not fault this place - it is a must stay stayz

Incredible stay

We had the most wonderful stay in the Mount. We spent long days on the beach, playing in the water and walking into town. The views were incredible and the binoculars were such a great touch. The house was so clean and equipped with everything you needed. The linens were lovely. There was room for the whole family. The owners were so helpful and responsive for any questions. We can’t recommend this property enough. Hope to be back some day.

Beautiful property with amazing views and location!

Our family from Canada just stayed at this beachfront home and were blown away by the property and views! We were 3 families traveling with young children (10 and under) and the house worked great for us. Plenty of room for all of us and the room setups were great. Morning coffee overlooking the ocean was a highlight as well as the backyard being a beautiful beach where the kids loved to play in the sand, swim, surf and boogie board. The house was well equipped (kitchen supplies, spices, towels, beach towels, beach toys). Rochelle was a great host with prompt replies and ensuring the checkin process went smoothly. We hope to be back one day and would definitely stay here again-highly recommend!

This house is heaven!!! We didnt want to leave. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. A very short drive to down town Mount Maunganui. Close to New World. Dairy and some takeaway shops 5 driveways down. Its on a busy but down a long driveway that makes you feel like your far away from the hussle and bussle. The house itself has everything you need esp. for a large group. So many spaces where you can relax, inside and out. The beds were great. Will be back!

Picture perfect

We stayed at this property two weeks. As a family of four we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The first floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom could be a second master and includes a kitchenette. There were also two separate single garages. One was converted to a laundry and play room with all your beach needs. Up a flight of stairs and you are greeted with one amazing uninterrupted view of the beach! A well laid out kitchen, a warm and cozy living space and a dining room for 8. There are two more bedrooms on this level. This sitting area in front of the windows is where you want to be anytime of day. There was also a very nice patio with great seating and views. We easily accessed the beach via a private path. Our stay was in June (winter time). The downstairs did get quite cold but electric heated beds and space warmers were provided (and needed). Upstairs the fireplace gave off plenty of heat to keep us cozy in the mornings and evenings. This property felt like a home away from home and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I did take off two stars for cleanliness. One for the downstairs (smelled musty) and one for the upstairs (the windows could use a good clean and the closets/cupboards need a clean out). There was a major renovation going on next door. On the few days we’re were home during the day there was construction noise from the property. That said the house itself is absolutely stunning!

A stay to remember

Our experience with the property and the hosts was extremely positive throughout the duration of our booking. The property is every bit as beautiful as depicted in the listing, but there's also the presence of the beach when you're actually there. The views are next level. Thanks to Rochelle's generosity and flexibility, we are lucky enough to treasure many happy memories there. Absolutely beautiful spot!!

If I could, I would give this an extra bonus star. This property was great! Good parking, extraordinary views, comfy beds, great communication. They had everything you would need for a stay! This was the highlight of our trip. We even took our pre wedding pictures here, our first look pictures here! Just gorgeous and fantastic!!

Amazing View, Amazing Home

The view is incredible, this home is literally on the beach. Loads of room, super modern and extremely clean. Beds were super comfy too. The host is fabulous and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay for a very special weekend away.
