Spacious 2 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Townhome, Short Walk to Village center, and Ski in & Ski out
This spacious, beautifully renovated unit in Trappers Landing complex is a 2 bedroom plus den, 3.5-bathroom unit with multiple balconies and a walk out patio. This unit is situated along the Orient Chairlift, and the Valley Trail network, it is next to the East Village Center and has beautiful views of Mount Morrisey, all while being only a short walk to the main village. In the winter, the complex is ski in and ski out, and provides easy access to the network of Nordic trails, and snowshoe trails. In the summer, this complex is along the golf course and is next to Mount Morriseys hiking and pedal access trails, as well as only a short distance to the lifts that provide downhill biking.
The unit has a bright and welcoming open concept main floor design. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware and cookware essentials and, opens to a dining area with a table that can comfortably seat 6. Positioned next to the dining table, the living room space has a couch to seat 3 plus an additional 2 lounge chairs in front of the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Following the steps to the upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, and both bedrooms come equipped with a flat screen TV. In the downstairs den you will find a king bed, an additional living space with a couch to seat 3 and a flat screen tv along with a full bathroom. Take a step outside of the den and enjoy the private hot tub to seat 5. Additionally, this unit comes with the following amenities: a ski boot drying rack & ski storage in the garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a BBQ.
This unit is approximately 1500 sq ft and can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.

Ski-in:
To ski-in you can take the Mount Morrisey Connector run or the East Village Ski Way. Take either of those runs until you are under the Orient Chairlift, ski down under the orient chairlift, and your complex will be down on your right side.
Ski-out:
To ski-out walk to the East end of the complex. Cross over the valley trail and you will be under the Orient chairlift, ski down and under the bridge and you will have access to the Orient Chairlift or the Mount Morrisey Chairlift.
Walking:
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes, 6 – 8 minutes
Village Day Lodge, 10 – 12 minutes
Skating Rink, 4 – 7 minutes
In-Resort Shuttle:
In the winter season ONLY, Sun Peaks Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service that offers transportation in and out of the village, with pick-up/drop-off locations conveniently accessible to all condo complexs. For more details please visit the Sun Peaks Resort website.
Self-contained and self-catered unit:
Your property comes equipped with fresh linens, sheets, towels, basic kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, soap tablets for the dishwasher, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products such as facial tissue, toilet paper, paper towel, salt and pepper, plus one complimentary pouch of coffee.
We do recommend you bring anything you think you may need that is not provided, milk, spices, condiments, cooking oil, beverages, coffee, tea, food items, etc.
