Cocoonr agency is offering this attractive 25 m² one-bedroom apartment for rent in the supercenter of Rennes, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the ground floor, this fully renovated flat comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
- A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.)
- A living room with a 140 cm-wide sofa bed
- A dining area for 3 people
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room (WC in the shower room)
- Garden furniture so you can enjoy the courtyard.

The flat is ideally located in the supercenter of Rennes, ideal for discovering the city and its must-sees.
Transport:
If you're coming by car, the Hoche car park is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, just a few stops from Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro).

- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Bed linen and towels included
