Handily located at the top of Cullen St with beautiful views over the estuary to the ocean, this is a great base for your next holiday in Magical Mangawhai. Estuary Views has great indoor and outdoor living spaces and is only a short drive from everything Mangawhai has to offer. This sunny, elevated home is well-appointed and with multiple living areas it is great spot for a couple of families to holiday together. Relax on the deck with something cold in your hand whilst enjoying the sun and views
Downstairs there is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Upstairs is the Master with Ensuite and a second living with grandstand views. For entertainment, the second living area has a SMART TV (bring your own App logins) and there are also board games. For your coffee fix there is a Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod machine, just BYO Dolce Gusto pods.
With a heat pump in the Downstairs Living and in each Bedroom, it is set up for your comfort all year round. A washing machine and dryer also make it great for longer stays.
Notes
1.The 2 bunk beds are Single over Double Bunks.
2. The property has 2 driveways, the first of which is unsuitable for low cars due to the angle it meets the lane. Low cars are best to park in the second driveway on the left in front of the house.
It is a perfect spot for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples to relax and make the most of everything Mangawhai has to offer.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
