Ground floor apartment in a gated resort-style building with extra features such as a half-court tennis court, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool.
The well-designed apartment has three bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen next to it, and a separate bathroom with laundry. The dining area and living room open to the quaint outside patio with a view of the marina, perfect for enjoying meals, refreshments, or leisurely moments at any time of day.
Parking is well catered for and includes 2 allocated carparks. 1 in carport with a parking height clearance of 2.05m and 1 in open space.
Apart from the magnificent outlook, the area's neighboring attractions include restaurants, cafés, beaches, parks, playgrounds, The Sailmaster Tavern and The Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

Please note that Swainson on Lady Gowrie is a premium residential property. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding parties, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise.
This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.
We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cat or dog only. Per the listing, only one pet is allowed and up to 10kg only. An extra damage deposit of $250 applies. The property has a fully enclosed yard with a lockable gate.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
