You’ll love this updated classic Florida beach house. On a quiet dead-end street and close to everything in Holmes Beach. It’s a perfect home base for your family to enjoy the laid back, Old Florida lifestyle of Anna Maria Island. Sandy Palms is managed by the owners who live in FL and are always available if you should need anything during your stay.

Sandy Palms is a single family home- not a duplex. Completely renovated and updated through out with all the comforts of home . The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. We (the owners) personally check the home before each check-in to assure everything is ready for your arrival.

The blue gulf waters and spectacular sunsets are just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and shopping are a couple of blocks away. Grocery store is only 1-1/2 miles away. And the free AMI trolley stop is right around the corner, where you can catch a ride to stops all over the island. Shopping, dining, live music, fishing…. you’ll be spoiled for choices to fill your vacation days.

This ground level home has no stairs to climb, just one step-down into the sunroom. New tile floors throughout. Our kitchen is well stocked quartz countertops and appliances. There's a spacious primary suite with walk-in closet and a large glass shower. Guest room 1 has a king bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Guest room 2 has two twin beds. There's a 3rd bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a door to the private outside shower. All bedrooms have closets, fans and smart TVs. The pool (heated to 85 deg Oct thru May) is protected with a removable child-safety fence. It's a perfect place for your family to enjoy time together without having to share common spaces with strangers.

Just bring your bathing suit and flip-flops, we've got the rest. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cart and a coolers are provided for your convenience. And a supply of soaps, detergents, paper products and basic spices are stocked for you as well.

-Our licensed maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants.
-There are 3 exterior security cameras at the property: one on the front entrance, one over the parking area & street and one on the side entrance.
****Please do not bring more than 6 people (including infants) or pets. We will check the cameras to confirm and violating our occupancy license limits will cause eviction with no refund.***
