Elegant Provençal house in the Baronnies region with a large garden

In a secluded hamlet within the Baronnies Provençales Natural Park, this Provençal house, built in 1837, can accommodate up to 7 people. It opens onto a tree-lined garden, is surrounded by lush greenery, and offers protection from the intense summer heat.
Located right on the border between the Drôme and the Hautes-Alpes departments, the area is very well preserved. Rich in flora and fauna. Upcoming designation: 21st Global Dark Sky Reserve.
The Dévoluy Massif to the east, the Luberon Massif to the south, and the Vercors Massif to the north.
You will have access to:
- a master bedroom with a double futon bed
- a children’s bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (a double mattress can be added)
- a living room with a very comfortable Scandinavian sofa bed
- a bathroom with a shower and bathtub (the toilet is separate)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, stovetop, complete set of kitchenware)
- a basement with a washing machine
- high-quality bed linens and towels
- lounge chairs, a hammock, a pool, a barbecue, children’s toys, tables, a beach umbrella, and garden chairs.

In winter: one of the three bedrooms is harder to heat. It may be best not to come in large groups (e.g., two couples, or a couple with children)
