Large patio overlooks ski races, mountain events, and lively aprés scene of Squaw Village. Finely appointed, modern decor makes your retreat back to the room as first class as the mountains and lake. Fast WiFi, underground parking, ski locker and all the Village at Squaw amenities.

** Professionally Cleaned: We are pleased to confirm this property is professionally cleaned and undergoes a strict pre-arrival checklist to ensure that cleaning has been completed in full compliance with local hotel and professional accommodation guidelines.

** Amenities: Due to local COVID guidelines and regional regulations please expect that the shared amenities at this property such as hot tubs, gym, and some common areas will not be available during your stay.

Family snowboarding trip

We expected snow but ended up with more freezing rain, but that did not ruin our fun! The condo was prime location with awesome views and cozy space for poker nights and fires

Anniversary trip

Wonderful accommodations. Very clean and so convient to shops and restaurants in the villiage. Spectacular views. Host was very accessible and communicative. Highly reccomend staying @ this property.

My coworker and I stayed here for a nearby company retreat. Communication with the host was stellar, decor was beautiful, location is perfect - part of Palisades Village with an incredible view of the slopes. 10/10 would recommend this condo. Also, the room set up is perfect for families with kids.

Wonderful week!

We had an amazing week of skiing at Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows! It was great to return each day to such a comfortable and beautiful condo in the best possible location. Easy to get to lifts and plenty of options for food and drinks right outside the front door. We would definitely love to come back!

We loved the gorgeous interior that was smartly designed for function as well as beauty. We enjoyed the proximity to the bustle of the village and holiday festivities. The kitchen was a little small and the hosts a little hard to reach but ultimately very accommodating and easy to work with. We hope to stay again!

Clean, well-appointed, excellent location

One of the upper end Palisades Village condos. Well decorated, they have very comfortable beds, and the bunk beds in the children's rooms are double beds so in theory you could have up to four small children in that room. The owners were really responsive, however, I must note the VRBO app does not work well, it's better to text them directly. Great place, we'd stay again!

Location, Location, Location

Comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated, great beds, bedding, and couches, ample and big TVs. Perfect for a family w kids old enough to take advantage of being independent. Owners have made it really nice and comfortable. The only downsides are just the nature of the Villages set up, not having all the hotel amenities at a hotel price, and the fact that holiday lodging adjacent to lifts is just desirable and expensive.

Nice location

Property is very convenient and nice. Love the Nespresso machine and supply of coffee capsules. A couple of minor things: both bathrooms need shampoo, conditioners and shower wash. Containers were all emptied. It would be nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Other than that, my family really enjoyed our stay.

Great time, perfect location

We stayed during a festival and the location could not have been better, corner(ish) unit mostly Mountain View and the village, but nice that it was fairly quiet! Darling decor, well appointed and had everything we needed. It was one of the warmest weekends while we were there, the A/c is portable and mostly cools only the main living area, slept with doors open, fan in closet in 2nd bdrm, the lighting is a bit tricky and never could figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the master bdrm and have the lights off. A quick switch tutorial would be helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Excellent location. Terrific condo

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect location. We had three people and plenty of room. It easily could have accommodated a fourth person. The attention to detail is noted, with everything you could need to make for a great stay. The pictures are accurate, and it’s even cuter in person. Very upscale with luxury Items like nespresso coffee, high end lighting and Apple Tv in every room.I loved the patio and outside area to eat and enjoy people watching. Out of all the buildings in the village, it was an ideal location, being foot steps away from the ski rental/lesson spot, Funitel, KT and the Tram. Compared to other stats in the Village, this condo makes every other unit feel subpar. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking at places to stay in the village.

Home away from home!

I could not imagine a more perfect location in the village! Beautifully appointed, clean and even with some pantry staples on site. A hot tub, ski lockers, and even coffee and Belgian waffles steps outside the door. The owners were prompt and responsive, even generously allowing us a late check out. I can't rate this propery highly enough!

Best spot in Squaw

We had a great stay, loved all aspects of it. Very nice 2BR place. One thing to improve: Tv setup way too complicated, hundreds of channels but none of the relevant ones, I’m sure it’s there just not easy to find… ;) And the ski lockers in the Village are way too small, should be twice the size and space for boots etc. Love to visit again.

Perfect location

The location is as close as you can get to the lifts. Beautiful and very comfortable unit with well equipped kitchen. Easy indoor access to the outdoor hot tubs in building 2 via the basement parking level. Excellent sauna too! Great pizza restaurant 60 yards away.

Beautifully decorated ski condo in amazing location

We've stayed in many units in the Village but this is probably the best decorated place we've ever stayed. Look out the window and you can see the Funitel and Red Dog lifts. Jenee was a very responsive and gracious host.

Gorgeous Setting - Fabulous Condo

We loved our stay in the valley. The mountain views and resort amenities were wonderful. It was a short, but beautiful drive to Lake Tahoe along the Truckee River. The condo was appointed perfectly and we would highly recommend!
