Located in the heart of Hobart, walk to the business, retail and restaurant precincts, and enjoy all of the city's highlights just steps from your stay. The space is ideal for a couple’s weekend, solo traveller, or a work trip.
The Space:
Light and bright, this elevated one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is conveniently located in central Hobart, with endless cafes and restaurants all around.
Sleek, minimal design, the space features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area along with a workstation for those travelling for business.
The living area streams in plenty of natural light, with cityscape views to enjoy throughout the day and evenings.
The kitchen features granite bench top, modern oven and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Warm, welcoming living area with cosy recliners to unwind in, and a split-system for added comfort.
Spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed, and electric heater to stay toasty during crisp Tasmanian evenings.
The property includes a secure underground car park, as well as convenient elevator access.
For a morning brew, take a five-minute walk to Coffee Darling or Sunbear Coffee, or try one of Westside Laundry’s incredible deli-style sandwiches.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

The apartment is close to everything that Hobart has to offer, with incredible cosmopolitan cafes such as Coffee Darling and Sunbear Coffee will help you start your day.
For lunch or nightlife, head to In the Hanging Garden, a stylish open air lounge with casual eating, just five minutes walk.
A stroll to Salamanca and its endless eateries and bars is just 10 minutes away. If you’re heading to MONA Museum for the day, it’s just a 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal, and North Hobart’s cool restaurant scene is just a 10 minute stroll.
