The Space:
In a quiet residential street, 'Hjemme' is a spacious two bedroom townhouse, built over a century ago it retains old world charm with original floorboards, wooden staircase, ornamental fireplace and stunning high ceilings.
A recent renovation breathes new life into 'Hjemme' with a stunning kitchen, bathroom, high walled private courtyard and outdoor balcony for relaxed evenings. Enviously located, 'Hjemme' is just a five minute walk into Hobart CBD, 15 minutes walk to the waterfront and MONA ferries, or Salamanca Market.
The single fronted, semi-detached home has a formal lounge room, with an electric fireplace, TV, and signature dark painted walls adding style and ambience. Beautiful kitchen and dining room with sleek minimalist design is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Upstairs two generous sized bedrooms with Queen sized beds, each bedroom featuring built in robes and electric heaters for comfort in the crisp Tasmanian evenings.
Luxe and spacious bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, terrazzo floor, separate shower and bath. Separate laundry with new Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer and lots of storage space.
For nearby conveniences, Straight-Up Coffee is just a two minute walk or SunBear cafe only five minutes away.

Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

'Hjemme' is the perfect base for your Hobart adventure, as it’s a five minute walk from the city centre, and central to everything in Hobart - Salamanca Place, Battery Point, the waterfront and its beautiful galleries and restaurants.
Around the corner you’ll find the Tasmanian Wine Centre to pick up some local bottles, and just a three minute walk is Pigeon Whole Café for coffee, breads and baked goods.
A mix of residential and commercial buildings, you’ll have everything you need nearby, including public transport.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants, markets and sights of Hobart and nearby Battery Point, all 5-15 minutes walk from the home.
Metro Tasmania bus network has bus stops on nearby Liverpool, Barrack and Macquarie Streets, all walking distance from the home. Getting to the property from Hobart airport is less than 30 minutes by car. Jump on the ferry to MONA – the wharf is just 15 minutes walk from the property.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
