Book your next vacation to stay at this welcoming 2 story condo. The ground floor is open and inviting for all guests. It consists of a half bath with wooden barrel vanity, living area with a couch, love seat, large lounging chair with ottoman, wooden rocker, TV, Wi-Fi and cable. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which has seating for 5 with extra chairs situated around the area. Prepare your meals in the galley-style kitchen with butcher block countertops, regular coffee maker and stainless steel appliances.
Stroll up to the second level where you will find the bedrooms and access to the balcony with outdoor seating. (BR1) The first bedroom has a set of Queen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The master suite (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, access to the private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. The third bedroom (BR3) is at the end of the hall with a Queen size bed, a dresser for your beach attire and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the ocean breeze on the front balcony. Walk over and take a dip in the shared complex pool or rest your tired muscles in the hot tub. The Meridian Condos are conveniently located 1/2 mile to the beach and 1 1/2 miles to restaurants, shops and bars.

Was perfect size for 6. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for privacy. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

Everything about this listing is fantastic. Location is great. Parking is a little tight if you have an suv or more than one vehicle. But we would definitely book again.

Great Location+Beds/Baths

We love the location and the layout of the beds & baths. Comfortable beds, nice linens, well-stocked! The half-bath is a great addition just not private due to the barn door. Would rent again. Parking is tight but doable. We had 2 big trucks - nice to have garage access. Excellent.

Parking is tight !!! Parking is tight , but doable in a F150 Super-crew. Best to rent a golf cart and do your traveling with it, and leave your vehicle parked . Great location to Beach Access 1A .

Texas Coast

Property is very convenient to the beach and town. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of space for all. The outdoor facet by the front door really helped cut down on the sand in the condo. Parking is limited but there was room for both our vehicles. When we come back this is the places I will check first. Family had a really great time here and at the beach.

Family Vacation

Very nice unit and Clean. Upon arrival the AC was not working and the unit was very hot. with a phone call it was fixed within a hour. Excellent service and an enjoyable stay.. Would highly recommend this unit!

The condo was nice but TV’s didn’t work. Primary tv didn’t work at all, tv in living area was missing a remote. I called to get another one but no one showed up. The door was painted and no one warned us nor put a sign up so ruined 2 brand new expensive shirts and a pair of shorts. When we first arrived the A/C was not working and temp was 84. Mosquitoes in condo (under kitchen sink, in closets and living room.

Nice stay... Terrible parking

The home was great!! But.. Parking was horrid. You are allowed 2 vehicles, but only a car can fit in the garage. My father in laws truck is very long... And we were barely able to park it outside the garage.. Just over the fire lane. I would suggest renting a good cart.. But again parking is hard even for carts. Rent a golf cart ahead of time... Because renting the day of is almost impossible. Back to the house.. It was clean.. Very nice... And there is a Valero a few blocks down. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach... Which is nice. I would stay here again..but don't bring 2 trucks.. You will have trouble parking. Still work the stay!

Great Stay! Great Location!

Check in process was easy and place was fantastic. Everything was nearby, pool, beach, and shopping. We rented a golf cart for the days we were there. Neighbors and other visitors were all so friendly. We are definitely staying again!! thank you #texasstrong #portastrong

Good stay!

The rental process went exceedingly well! Great customer service from Josh and others! We had issues with one of the showers, but Charles and Larry tried their best, and we were able to live with it. The one negative is the tight and limited parking, especially with 2 vehicles and a rented 6-person beach cart. All told, a very nice stay!!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful experience considering driving on beach was not allowed due to COVID. Beach is walking distance. There is a Dominos and a Stripes around the corner. Grocery store is not far. Very quiet area.
