Immaculately presented and furnished in the quieter end of the Hobart CBD . If you want style, comfort, access to Netflix and above all, convenience - you won't be disappointed.

Two blocks from the Elizabeth Street Mall, located on the second floor above a commercial tenancy you will find this super spacious apartment fully set-up as a home away from home.
Recently renovated and Immaculately furnished and finished throughout, the apartment features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom complete with full laundry facilities and a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area looking down onto the action in Liverpool Street. The TV has access to Netflix for guests to enjoy.
Elizabeth Street mall is two minutes walk from the apartment and the hustle and bustle of Salamanca Place (where the market is held each Saturday) and the ferry to MONA are an easy 10 minute walk. Beautiful St David's Park is only 5 minutes walk.
If you prefer to dine out you will find many options within a two block radius. Start your day at the apartment with a coffee using the Nespresso machine or meander across the road to Straight Up coffee, which also serves delicious baked goods.
Close to everything and yet far away enough enjoy peace and quiet, the apartment makes for the perfect base whilst exploring Hobart.

The Neighborhood:
Hobart CBD is small enough to easily navigate on foot and yet offers everything from chain stores to boutique retailers to keep everyone satisfied. The city has many take away and cafe options and is only a quick walk from the wharf area and Salamanca Place.
The Hobart Aquatic centre is only minutes from the CBD and adjacent is the Domain recreation area which offers bike trails and a wonderful playground for little ones.
Getting Around:
Hobart is easy to navigate by car and offers the luxury of cheap (and easy) car parking compared to most capital cities.
Taxis and Uber also operate in Hobart.
Other Things to Note:
There is a long flight of stairs leading up to the apartment entry - the building does *not* have lift access.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests are left to enjoy the apartment in private, however help is a quick airbnb message or phone call away.
