Rock Pond Condo 81 offers the ultimate experience with true ski-in/ski-out access on Saddleback Mountain. Whether you're here for full days on the hill or simply to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting, this cozy condo provides a warm and welcoming retreat for families and groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all your cooking needs, complete with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Gather around the dining table for six to enjoy meals together, or spread out at the spacious kitchen island, which offers seating for six more—perfect for breakfast before skiing or evening snacks and games. After a day outside, relax in the comfortable living room, where a Smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows simple. The condo also includes a great selection of books for anyone who wants to unplug and enjoy some quiet downtime. A fireplace adds to the cozy mountain atmosphere, making the living area an inviting spot to unwind.
Additional conveniences like a washer and dryer help make longer stays easy and stress-free. With great amenities and direct access to the slopes, Rock Pond Condo 81 is a wonderful home base for your next Saddleback getaway.
Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen, Second Bedroom Lower Level with Bunk Bed, Twin Bed, and Twin Mattress (4 twins total), Third Bedroom Lower Level with Twin over Double Bunk Bed, and Twin Bed. Sleeps up to 8 guests total.
Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.
FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.
