★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay.
★ CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER ★ By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances. Please note that, from time to time, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed due to scheduled or emergency maintenance. These closures are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our control. We kindly advise that no refunds or compensation will be provided in these instances. Please note: The rooftop is currently undergoing restoration and will remain closed until September.
★CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS★ For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.
★STANDARD BED CONFIGURATION ★ 1 king Bed🛏️
-CONFIGURATION WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS🛌🛏️ Available only on request and must be reserved at time of booking. 💲$100 extra applies to organize this configuration and must be required at the time of booking. If the request is made after our cleaner has already attended the property, a return visit to reset the beds will incur a $70 extra.
★PROPERTY CARE★ Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes: Removing all garbage Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher Removing excessive sand and dirt Closing all doors and turning off lights Turning off the air conditioning before departure.
