Great views - nice place - loved it !

Owner and friends very friendly and helpful. Home is very clean and comfortable. WiFi spotty; works great sometimes and disappears others.

Mot Golfing Girls visit to West Coast

What a beautiful home. Views to die for. Kitchen well equiped, lots of games, books, videos for entertainment. Great location for looking around the area and playing golf. We can.t stop thinking how lucky we were to find this house to rent. Thank you Ingrid.

Magical Charleston

We had the most wonderful 3 days at Charleston. The views from the house are so beautiful, soul food. We were delighted to see a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us! The house is immaculately clean, warm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't realise that the third bedroom was downstairs and had three single beds. It worked perfectly for us, but maybe something to mention in the house details? We would love to come back sometime...we didn't want to leave!

Spectacular views, peace and quiet

We had a wonderful time here - from when we first arrived (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us) to when we left. The beds were comfortable, the downstairs unit was great for a teenager wanting her own space and the views of the coast from upstairs were mesmerising. To cap it all off we were able to bring our little dog with us. Wonderful time had by all. Definitely recommend.

Wow!

Stunning house and view. Beautiful furnishings, awesome log burner, top shower, comfy bed , garage was great as we arrived in the rain and could unload the car without everything getting wet. Honestly did not want to leave. Ingrid was a great host and communicated well.

Fabulous house, fabulous location

Wonderful modern cosy home with THE most amazing views. With the logburner crackling away in the background, stretched out on the comfy chairs being mesmerised by the view of 9 mile Beach and surrounds, couldn't really ask for much more, didn't want to leave. It was great having the dogs with us, they loved the beach, and having a garage for the wet weather days was a huge bonus. Communication with host was great too.

7 Fairburn Way, Charleston.

Great house. Spacious, comfortable, clean, modern and warm with great views over 9 Mile Beach. As it rained all weekend, the attached double garage was a big plus!

As Soon as we arrived the beauty of both the home and the scenery took our breath away, views from every window. The modern and tastefully decorated home lived beyond our expectations. The home was clean, comfy and practical, with the hint of luxury. Charleston and the surrounding area had so much to offer, we will need return very soon. A fantastic relaxing but invigorating holiday, which gave us a a tasteful indulgence of the WestCoast.

Stunning property with all amenities

We stayed in this property for 3 months (April-June) and could not have been more grateful for a new, comfortable, fully equipped (everything you need for 3 days or 3 months) and stunning house. Paradise in Westport/ Charleston. Ingrid and Doug were accommodating, flexible and a pleasure to know. Thank you for your lovely house.

This has the wow factor in spades!

This has the wow factor in spades! We have rented holiday homes across New Zealand on many occasions and we can honestly say this is the best. Apart from the views which are amazing, both of the crashing waves in front and the mountains behind, it was such a joy to return to after a day's activity. We were very sad to leave.

This is a fabulous house, immaculately furnished, in a great location, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxed, peaceful, away-from-it-all stay. The views are great; overlooking the bay and a short stroll to the beach. I would love to return some day.

Awesome!!!!!!!!

This house was beautiful. Views are fantastic. We wanted to hike but could barely pull ourselves away. One of the most beautiful views we have seen and right from the living room. Also a welcome basket and a bottle of wine to welcome us. So nice. Great hikes close and a bonus gold mine that was very cool only 5 minutes away. We can not recommend this house enough. Don't pass it up. Doug&Cindy and Dave. Florida and California.
