Beach stay

We had a great time staying here. Close to fhe beach, a shop close by, a park close by, easy drive to Paraparaumu. Dorothy was amazing to deal with and we will glady stay again.

Lovely winter away break

This place has everything you need, the beach is right on your doorstep, there's a cafe a couple of mins walk away, and lots to do in the area . A great place for a winter getaway.

A Wonderful Stay

This property was ideal for us, our two daughters, and two grandsons plus a companion dog. The property was very tidy and we all loved our stay so close to the beach.

Our 2nd time staying at Olde Beach Villa, and we've booked again for next year! Best location just across the road from the beach and a short stroll to restaurants, bars and dairy, and a fantastic house with everything you could want for a proper Kiwi beach holiday.

Wow what a lovely place to stay. Beautifully clean and stunning views of the beach and sunsets. So close to the beach and local restaurant. Dorothy extremely helpful and excellent communications. Would definitely stay again!

Just what we needed

The place is spacious and well equipped for cooking. It even had beach toys, which we had forgotten. Easy walking access to food and beach, and a super nice host! We had an awesome weekend, thanks!

Excellent getaway

Dorothy’s villa is a lovely property. Plenty of room for us (3 adults and one dog) and well furnished. Dorothy is very easy to communicate with and lovely in person. We will be back!

Waikanae Booka batch

We stayed with our 3 grandchildren and found the place was plenty big enough for us plus the close proximity to the beach and the playgrounds were an added bonus. House well presented I recommend this property as an excellent batch for up to 8 people. Judy

Awesome place

Thanks Dorothy, what a lovely place to stay at Waikanae beach. The whole check in /check out process was pleasant and easy. You have 2 beach access points across the road. Nice sea views from the balcony Everything was very clean and tidy. Good layout with the 2 bathrooms and laundry. Spacious living area plus the deck. Good parking as well 2 cafes within walking distant and the 4Square is 2 minutes walk. Highly recommend if you want a nice place close to the beach and cafes. A+

Great location and house

The house is as advertised with lots of space. We found it a great location near the beach, cafes and bakery and playground. Would stay again. Do be careful if parking up above the house though as there is a steep bank that’s hard to see from in your car!

A superb home in a wonderful location

We had the pleasure in staying in this lovely house with our little dog. Dorothy the owner was excellent to deal with from my initial enquiry to welcoming us to her lovely house. The house is very clean and welcoming. Big lounge ,very comfortable couches, lovely dining area with views out to sea. Kitchen well equipped with all cooking utensils in very good condition. Spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. So close to shop and lovely cafe/ restaurants in Waikanae Beach. Would highly recommend Olde Beach if you are looking for a really nice house in a great location with an excellent host when visiting Kapiti.
