Con cuatro habitaciones, esta propiedad duerme 8 muy cómodamente. Disfrute de las vistas especiales desde las ventanas del piso al techo en el amplio salón. Dos baños, uno con bañera, hacen de esta la casa familiar perfecta. Siéntase libre de usar la barbacoa. House tiene televisión con canales gratuitos y acceso Wifi gratuito, ya que queremos que las familias disfruten de las instalaciones y se sientan como en un hogar lejos del hogar. Esta casa es completamente nueva y tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones relajantes rodeado de espectaculares vistas a la montaña.

Great Location and spacious house

Beautiful Home with spacious area for all to enjoy. After hot water issues the property manager acted immediately to sort the issues and get the plumbers around which was much appreciated . The broken couch was very impracticable to sit on maybe its why it was pushed into the corner of the lounge when we arrived but we needed the seating. Not enough towels for a lengthy stay no face cloths and no bath mats and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for our stay so 1 roll in each bathroom . An investment into some new clothes horses as one is brittle and broken would be great as we had 8 peoples ski clothes to dry each day and this was very hard to do with no dryer and no where to hang them as winter time we couldn’t hang outside. We couldn’t watch tv as the Ariel into the wall is faulty and keeps cutting the tv off the tv remotes x2 and heatpump remotes had flat battery's and the lounge curtains one was on the floor when we arrived and the other had broken clips so never shut properly . I do think this home needs a good inspection before each person stays as its a lot of money for accomodation to have so many issues even thou they are minor. The house wasent very clean when we arrived rubbish bins inside dirty , dirty dishes in the dishwasher half eaten Icecream in the freezer rubbish on lounge floor and benches looked like they were wiped over with a greasy cloth . Beds very comfortable and living area very spacious which was awesome as there was 8 of us staying in the home . Overall it was great but these issues need looked at for future guests.

Modern bach in a quiet town

A nice place to stay. Only 15 minutes to Wanaka, but out of the way enough that you get a lot of peace and quiet. The host (although we didn't end up meeting) was friendly, willingly answered any queries I had, and accommodating when we needed to check in later in the day. And all for a reasonable price!

School holiday stay

Very lovely house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, heaps of room, nice and warm everything you need and we'll priced I thought, we have a family of 7 so good value, would definitely recommend to families and would stay there again. Only thing was that the oven needs some attention but that's it.

not very organized

we received no communication about check in process until i reached out on my own. When we arrived at the property (on a VERY hot day) all of the curtains were open, withe the sun streaming in and the house was 35degrees. I felt that it could have been closed up and the aircon on. It was extremely uncomfortable and took hours to cool down. Very nice, clean house, just not very impressed with the management of it.

Beautiful new house in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. Very close to Lake Hawea and only a 10-15 minute drive to Wanaka. New Bach so was sparsely decorated but I know the owners are working on it. Great value for the money and the owners were great to work with.

We loved this house! In a great location to see the whole Hawea and Wanaka area.

We loved this house! In a great location to see the whole Hawea and Wanaka area. We played at the lake, rode the bike trail all within walking distance of the house. The house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our family, and fully equipped with everything you'd need for a great holiday. We had a really great experience at this home and made memories we will have forever.
