In order to allow you to take advantage of the best rates (air, rail) or to avoid traffic jams, check-ins and check-outs are possible every day of the week (Sunday included), by appointment only, between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Renovated in May 2021, this non-smoking apartment has been designed to be elegant, comfortable and practical. It is located between 2 green dead ends which ensures a calm environment where you can hear the birds singing. It has its own parking space and is located on the 6th and penultimate floor (elevator),
The large kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with new elements (fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine). It faces a glass door (to access the terrace), and the bay window of the living room, facing south. It is therefore a bright room.
The living room, facing south, is bright thanks to the bay window that opens onto a 12m2 terrace. It is equipped with a television, a new club chair and a sofa bed (140x190cm) that can accommodate 2 people. So that people sleeping there are not woken up by the sunrise, the bay window and the glass door of the kitchen are equipped with a roller shutter (electric for the bay window, manual for the glass door).
The terrace of the living room faces south and offers an unobstructed view. You will surely enjoy having your meals there and listening to the birds singing. A manual blind will provide shade for the terrace if you need it.
The bathroom is also well equipped: a shower, a sink and a toilet, all the elements are new.
The bedroom has its own terrace (north side) with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Alps that adorn the Menton hinterland. The bay window in the bedroom and the living room are positioned to facilitate air circulation in the apartment, so that it is never too hot, even in the middle of summer. However, if you need it, a fan is at your disposal. The bed has a new box spring and a new mattress (140 x 190cm).
The apartment has its own parking space (numbered space, outside, in the private parking lot of the residence, north side).
Sheets, tea towels, shower towels and beach towels are included in the rental. Professional laundry fees will be requested on site. 2026 PRICE: €90.
This cost also includes final cleaning (you are simply asked to empty your fridge and the bins)
Families with babies will appreciate the folding baby bed (umbrella bed) that is available to them (remember to inform us in advance).
Here, you can leave your car at rest for the duration of your stay because everything is within walking distance:
- You will only be 10 minutes walk from the beaches.
- You will find the essential shops so you don't miss anything: bakery & butcher's shop at 20m; 2 supermarkets (one at 300, the other at 600m); a supermarket (1.2km), and a pharmacy (4 minutes walk)
- A large, very well-maintained and clean wooded playground is located 100m from the residence. You will find games for children, 2 playgrounds (grass football and gravel basketball hoop), benches to rest or enjoy the passing time...
- a pétanque court 50m away
Between the sea and the mountains, Menton is not just about its beaches with clear, turquoise waters: Hikers and nature lovers will enjoy the GR51, the GR52 as well as the customs path that leads to Monaco via the Cabanon Le Corbusier. Unless the hilltop villages (Castellar, St Agnès, Gorbio, etc.) are your preference! For cyclists, the region is full of treasures to practice (road cycling and mountain biking).
Menton is also famous for its Lemon Festival (February), the Classical Music Festival (August), the Monaco Grand Prix (May), and the Mediterranean and Arab Countries Purebred Arabian Championship (July).
