Situated perfectly upon the spectacular Kina Peninsula in the heart of Tasman, between Nelson & the Abel Tasman. Exceptional Views, Wonderful Peace & Privacy, Proximity to Tasman Golf Course, Wineries, Local Artisans & the Great Cycle Trail.

⭐️ Inclusions
• Kina Retreat will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
• A personal meet & greet service, on-call property manager, all utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including the pool, WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, weekly &/or departure linen & housekeeping will be included in your booking.

⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes
• No parties, no venue use, no smoking inside, no pets, no guests that do not form part of the booking. A refundable bond is required. Please view our Terms & Conditions.

• Private holiday home - This home is a personal holiday home. The home is extremely well equipped & presented as photographed, however, some of the owner's personal belongings will remain at the home in wardrobes, pantries etc. While very little is sacrificed in terms of the 'guest experience', this aspect has been factored into pricing, providing you with incredible value relative to similar properties around the country.

• Swimming pool - This pool is solar heated. Solar heating is generally effective in Nelson-Tasman between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. Water temperature will of course be subject to actual weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the solar system is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.

• Rural area - Kina Retreat is located in a rural area with mains power, tank water & rural broadband internet. 99% of the time these services will run perfectly, but the rural nature of the property can occasionally mean that some patience & understanding is necessary.

⭐️ Check-in available between 3pm and 7pm (or earlier by agreement).
• One of our team will travel from Nelson (approx. 60min travel time) to provide access and a brief orientation for you.

• Late arrivals after 7pm do not allow check ins to be completed within our standard operating hours and may not be possible. Where we are able to agree to check in after 7pm an additional service charge of NZ$250+GST will apply.

⭐️ Check-out should be completed by 10am.
• Late departure is not generally available here due to the servicing timeframes of such a large property. Please consider booking an additional night if a late departure is desired.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
