A tastefully decorated former sheep barn, in a quiet location with no neighbors directly across the way.<br>The garden behind the house features a beautiful, sunny swimming pool—heated if needed—with a deck and lounge chairs; open from May through September, weather permitting.<br>A large open space with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful terrace, an office, a living room with a large sofa and TV, one bedroom with a bathtub, and another with a 140-centimeter Italian-style bed and a sink.<br>A third bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and separate toilet.<br>Exceptional view<br><br><br>THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 30 <br>The pool is heated to approximately 27 degrees <br>Never turn off the pump switch located above and to the right of the barn door <br>pool is maintained by a pool technician once a week. The only requirement for guests is to cover the pool every night and remove any floating debris with the skimmer. <br>Guests are responsible for the liner. <br>If the liner is found to be torn after your departure, you will need to contact your insurance company to have it repaired or replaced. <br>Thank you for your understanding
