Nestled in the breathtaking Benchlands of Whistler, discover this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome. This townhome presents an impeccable fusion of style, convenience, and comfort. Once you enter the home, a warmly inviting ambiance welcomes you, seamlessly flowing throughout the residence. Providing ample room for your needs, the mudroom and entry area feature a bench for your convenience. Step into the expansive, open-concept kitchen and living space. Cozy up in the main living area with a sofa and a wood burning fireplace, built for relaxation, and perfect for your friends and the whole family.

Location
Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. These lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

⌂ Parking clearance 7'
One assigned parking space in a secure underground parkade. Visitor "short term parking" spots located on the right either side of the underground parkade.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no bikes allowed inside the unit, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 5 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 6th and 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
⌂ Ski-in ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.

Wonderful place in a very peaceful and beautiful part of Whistler. Very clean and tidy townhouse that is very well appointed with all necessary amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. Great amenities such as hot tub, ski locker and beautiful dining and living area. Short walk into town and a very easy bus ride to the ski slopes (the bus stop is right outside the house). Host very easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Whistler and I will definitely stay again on my next visit!

We stayed at unit 2, Treeline complex at Blackcomb and can highly recommend this family friendly townhouse. Management was fantastic, clear communication and we really appreciated being able to arrive a little early as the accommodation was ready and this allowed us to drop off our bags and pick up rental skis. Everything was well equipped and our family of two adults and two teens were able to have our own space with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and pulled out the sofabed (unfortunately very saggy) in the living area. Heated slate floors in kitchen and bath were lovely. A commercial sized, brand new washer and dryer combo made a huge difference to the washing routine. The free shuttle bus number 5 stops just aside the complex, just metres from the front door, with an easy 15 minute ride into Whistler village. While the location is a little removed from the convenience of the village, it suited us as it was a quiet place to relax after the busy days. The townhouse felt like a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a truly amazing stay at the Treeline home. We spent a little more than 1 week there and really felt at home. Being able to prepare our own meals in the fully stocked kitchen was perfect, we didn't have to eat out every meal. The surroundings were also incredible, with the Valley Trail network accessible literally at the end of the road. We could walk everywhere and our dog loved all the walks in the forest and the proximity to the dog beach at Lost Lake. The neighbourhood was very quiet and relaxing.

The place is nice and well kept. Great kitchen. Peaceful complex. Walking distance to Lost Lake which was amazing. 3 fans were provided to fight the heat in the summertime. We just needed a vacuum cleaner which was no where to be found.

Great property

We stayed in this condo with our two teenagers and our two dogs. The location is a bit further from Blackcomb than we have stayed before but it is an easy walk or bus ride to town. Great location for dog walking/exploring trails which are right out the door. The property is not ski out but is ski in which was nice. The condo itself was great- comfy beds, nice kitchen and living space. It had everything that we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely cabin with easy access to the slopes with free and regular bus right outside, gets you to slopes or the village in no time at all which means no need for a car and dealing with parking (although the cabin has underground parking in the development)! There is also ski-in access after a days skiing depending on conditions, but you can also ski right up to the bus stop (literally if it's snowed). can also walk to town, imagine it's a lovely walk in warmer months. Super quiet. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with all the pots and pans you'd need. We enjoyed the hot tub too which was sufficiently hot even when temps were -12c out!! Check-in/out was very easy. Great place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Nice big place. Easy to get to the village by trail, it's a pleasant walk. We were also able to ski in! It's not very easy but adventurous. Hot tub was not busy. The lower bedroom is a bit noisy because it's right by the entrance. You can hear neighbours if they are going up and down the stairs or packing/going out. I'd suggest ear plugs.

We had fantastic time at this townhouse during our quick getaway in Whistler. Had everything we needed, we especially loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Close to Lost Lake trails but also close to the village if you want to go out for dinner.
