The boat is not available for use, but rentals are available at s Marina less than 10 minutes away. Also on the eastern side of Lake Burton Anchorage Marine offers ski boat, pontoon, jet ski and all watersport rentals.

• Firewood not allowed in the gas fireplace.
• This property is located on a graded, gravel driveway. Most vehicles will be fine, especially AWD/FWD vehicles. Vehicles with extra low suspensions may have an issue.
• Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.

Lake Burton drawdown schedule 2025-2026:
September 2025 - Gradual lowering begins dropping slowly from the normal summer elevation (1865.0 elevation)
November 1, 2025 - The lake level will be reduced to a lower elevation than the typical annual drawdown to allow for ongoing modernization work at the Burton and Seed Lake dams. (1862.5 elevation and lower)
March 21, 2026 - Lake starts up gradually from 2.5+ feet down (1862.5 elevation or lower)
May 1, 2026 - The lake is scheduled to return to its normal summer pool elevation of 1865 feet (1865.0 elevation)
