Upon entering, you will find a formal living and dining area which leads into the open plan living and kitchen area where there is a dining table that seats 6 and a good size living area with comfortable sofas from which you can watch TV or look out to the lanai. The kitchen comes full equipped with a breakfast bar area for those quick morning bites before you hit the theme parks.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms in this home including a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower and vanity unit. There are an additional 4 bedrooms including queen and twin room set-up with another two bathrooms shared between them. There is also a seating area on the first floor with two seater sofa and TV area.

Back downstairs, there is a games room with pool table and foosball table for those that are looking for something else to do and outside the lanai comes complete with seating area and loungers, a private pool which can be heated for an additional cost and spa. Additionally, this area overlooks conservation land so no rear neighbors which means plenty of privacy during your stay.
