This studio is set up for comfort near the mountain, with a double size sofa bed and an all-in-one kitchenette cabinet with a stone countertop. Put on a DVD whenever you feel like relaxing on the king bed. Enjoy a meal at the high top table, or finish up remote work before heading outside. Enjoy the view of Vail Mountian from the sofabed or outside on the walk-out patio. Guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities during their stay, including the year-round heated outdoor pool and three separate hot tubs!

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. One floor up you’ll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
